Today was GREAT..The Manager My was sooo HELPFUL and kind.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER Service My..We appreciate you...Yes her name is My...Will be backSo today 1/21/24.. I came in again to shop..And Enrique helped us .his this time..his customer service..was SUPERIOR...The ABSOLUTE BEST ...HES KIND, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL THE PRODUCTS...HE SERIOUSLY DESERVES A BIG BONUS..BIG LOTS ...WITHOUT HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEIR WOULDN'T BE A GREAT STORE.. This Big Lots is awesome. So nice and clean. Big with a big selection of merchandise. I will definitely drive to Atwater to shop at this Big Lots. Recommend you check it out.

There's a lot of good stuff here. My daughter bought items to decorate her bathroom. I get bedding, towels, sheets, pots and pans, silverware, place settings, and more. They also have furniture . I shop here often.

They have raised the prices on everything. They now sell clothing and accessories BUT I don't have the money to spend $38.00 on a pair of pants or summer dresses or shorts. If they were of better quality & fabric it would be different. But if I can get the same thing from other places of the same quality then why would I shop there. They have good prices on their furniture and some decorative items. So they would be an affordable option versus other other places.

It's a great store I went there for Christmas shopping and they had very good prices and deals also in the furniture area great stuff and by the way thanks Leo and Chris for ther help and loading my furniture to my truck happy new year to all
