She literally greeted me with the most positive and approachable attitude. She has the best customer service skills I have ever seen in a person. Customer service is everything to me. It's actually what makes a business. Trust me, if you dont have that skill, you have no business. That's my personal opinion, and it makes total sense. She remembered talking with me on the phone. She went far and beyond, making sure I had the right item and educated me on it a bit. She's very knowledgeable. She literally took her time while attending to me cause I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed or even how to install it. I can say that I was one impressed customer to have even met Lesli.
