I purchased a battery for my car, and it started to fail. The car would turn over slowly. The battery I purchased was the Duralast Gold. It was still under warranty, so they didn't try to chage it and give it back to me. They just transferred it to a new batter. The employees here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.The battery replacement was the issue and solved the slow cranking problem.Thank you Auto Zone!

I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge the person whom help me. And believe me he did. I'm a musician not a mechanic I do work on my own vehicle but my knowledge comes from a Clilton the Bible for your car is what I call it. But trouble shooting AutoZone figured it out for me and for that 5 stars and a thank you. You ROCK !!

Terrible service then yesterday I placed an order and supposedly they placed the order and they didn't order anything and they didn't tell me that they didn't make orders by cell phone until you weren't going to pay first and I went in the afternoon to turn it off and they didn't accept the money that was already in the order Done, I won't buy at autozone again, they lost a customer.
