When my daughter's roadside assistance wasn't wasn't answering I called Atwater towing and they came right over and got us off the freeway and took her car to her choice of repair shop. They were very professional and respectful. We highly recommend them.Service: Car towing

Car wouldn't start in the Target shopping center. Called them, showed up 15 minutes later, towed me to Certified Automotive which was about to close, backed my car into a stall there and drove me home after dropping the car off. I believe the drivers name was Nash who did a fabulous job for me!

I'm sure the service was okay if they actually showed up. Was given an eta around an hour; waited 75 minutes to call In and ask. No one answered the phone again. Message machine was full and was a land line. Wasted a good 2-3 hours.

I was left stranded after work I called my insurance for a tow truck and both tow trucks called my insurance stating I had canceled the request and asked for DOA whatever that means. So I called my own service at 1am 2 hours after waiting for my insurance to send someone which both canceled after waiting long periods of time. Dan is a friendly man and not only that he got to my location 20 minutes after I called him. So thankful for him arriving as quick as he did.Service: Car towing

Lol, they never answer the phone. No one is ever at the shop!! I've tried twice in a year and a half. Both times, no answer, No call back. Even drive over to the shop on a weekday. No one there. No stars!!! Merced Towing is a better option.

I called to get a quote to get my car towed and they said they aren’t towing today. When it says open 24 hours. Don’t post that you’re available 24 hours if you aren’t. Unprofessional and obviously don’t want the money that bad. I called at 4pm, not like I called at midnight either or an unreasonable time. Don’t waste your time.

Worst customer service ever, the dispatch was very rude and he was smoking and talking to us at the same time and also our vehicle got towed the day before we went there and they were already charging for 3 days not recommended at all.

I’ve had my car towed MANY MANY times and this is BY FAR the best company I’ve EVER had to deal with! Dan is such an awesome guy and definitely went above and beyond and saved me!!!...if you’re in the area and need a tow, please please PLEASE call him! You will NOT be disappointed!!!
