DONT GO TO THIS CAR LOT! He will let you drive off with a car then show up to your house unannounced because he couldn’t get you financed to pick up the car and keep your DOWN PAYMENT. He’s a CROOK!

I had a friend just buy a vehicle from this facility and had immediate issue. Check engine light came on and issue with fueling the vehicle. They new there were problems and still let the customer drive off the lot. Vehicle was brought back for repairs thanks to the warranty but when the owner saw the poor review (which was honest and legit) he refused to fix the vehicle. Bad business all around. Watch out for this place.

I recently purchased a Jeep here. Drove it home and check engine light came on. Brought it back, day later they said it was ready, drove back down started diving home, check engine light again. Bought it with no gas during the test drive, they said they would put gas in it, put less than a quarter tank because they knew it had an issue with pumping fuel. The nozzle clicks over and over like it’s full. They knew this and still sold me it. Still waiting 3 days later for them to tell me the vehicle is ready. Poor customer service and poor business practices***update, drove back to pick it up for the 3rd time. This time working directly with the owner Baltzar. He didn’t like my first review and used that against me during a phone call with him. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, jeep was down from 3/4 tank of gas to 1/2 and 2 coils replaced at this point. Soon as we turned it on, check engine light came on. Talked with the owner and thankfully I bought the “warranty”. Taking it to a Jeep dealership, hopefully they can figure out the problem. Pretty disappointed in this place and highly advise against buying a car from this place.

Atwater auto world, one of the best dealers me and my wife went to the owner, hooked us up with the best deal possible and went out of his way to make sure us buying a car was essay and fast. I highly recommend them for car buying and has some of the best customer service in town.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. BaltAzar the manager is a con man and a liar. I bought my car in May of 2022, turns out he didn't have the vehicle registered in his lot for over a year. He tried to manipulate ME into paying double registration (for 2021 and 2022) and refused to give me my license plates if I didn't pay $700+ for the year HE didn't have the car registered. Keep in mind, I had already paid $400+ for my registration when I bought the car. I told him I was not going to pay for a year that I didn't even have the car for. BaltAzar then screenshotted some random comment from quora as his "evidence" of the law. He finally backed down from his lies when I threatened to take him to court with my attorney and have an auditor check out his sketchy business. When I bought my car the dashboard said it needed servicing and an oil change. I asked him about that and he said he had "already done all that, it was just a coding issue I should check out in 6 months." Turns out he was lied about that too! Luckily I double checked with a mechanic and it needed servicing and an oil change. I also got pulled over by a cop two weeks after purchasing the car because the dealership sold me a car thats registration expired a year ago. I contacted BaltAzar, and he responded that the cop was "stupid" and it was registered until 2022 which he lied about too. He also had me do the smog test after I had already purchased the vehicle. Save yourself the headache and buy from a legit dealership.

Terrible place to purchase a car go somewhere else , this place did not only try and rob me from my money for some made fees , after I purchased my car this Richard excuse of a dealership called me saying “ hey we have your plates , but it’s an additional $400 “when in fact on my contract it stated “ $300 for dmv fees and charges “ so of course I argued with them about it , and did a couple google searched ; and in California there is a law to protect us buyers “ stating ( The vehicles in the position of the dealership must be tags up to date and fees much be covered by dealer ) not exactly but you get the idea .situation number two : 2 years later I traded the car and now I’m trying to get a refund On my gap and warranty, not only does this dealership not wanna cooperate they refuse to even submit a form to there gap and warranty provider , I’ve called multiple times and they keep giving me the same bogus answer “ we’ll get a hold of them tomorrow “ or “ I don’t know what form you’re talking about “ .Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else .

To the best salesman in town, Jonathan he got me my first truck I was really proud of the service and honesty he gave me. He help me out with the monthly rates, something that was affordable for my budget. I will honestly go back no doubt about it. If you're definitely looking for a deal with any car, truck, van or SUV go to Jonathan and he will help you out on whatever you need. I definitely recommend Atwater auto world and Jonathan.

Don’t sleep on the little guys! We have purchased five cars from these guys and we have had no issues. Baltazar is a straightforward, honest dude. He is willing to work with you but you need to be willing to work with him too. He ain’t running no charity, he’s running a business. Jonathan the salesman, was awesome. He explained and answered all the questions I had. All my referrals have gotten a vehicle from here and all had an awesome experience!Great service, good prices, highly recommend!
