I had called in and they answered and the lady most likely hung up on me i thought maybe my phone was acting up so i called again and they just let it go to voicemail I just thought it was rude of them.I just wanted to get my hair done before my bday.??♀️

I scheduled an appointment with a hair stylist I was referred to. I checked in the night before to make sure she was still good for the appointment (May I remind you I'm the client-I should not be the one re-confirming) she sees it but no reply...I messaged her AGAIN an hour before the appointment to ask what form of payment she takes...she messages me back 45 min before our appointment saying her husband is in the ER so she needs to cancel. Totally understandable. Understandable! All understandable HOWEVER when I THEN see her posting pictures of drinks and outings/at a restaurant on her instagram story later that day I'm a little taken aback. Obviously she doesn't care about keeping clients or making new ones if that's how she's going to go about her appointments. If you have plans don't schedule a client! At least get back to them in advance!
