Been coming here for years now. Not from this city but I’ve never had a problem at all before. Just need gas!!!!! Sent my wife in with $100 to get 60 in gas. And Maricela Ceja told her they don’t have change. I walked back in and said can I get $100 worth of gas. She stalled and still made excuses and said what if I need change when I’m done pumping and my car didn’t take the whole $100 I said I will literally spend the rest of the $100 just to get gas. She still refused. 2 customers walked in during this time and I immediately moved out their way so they can take care of their business. She spoke Spanish with one guy. AND RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME TOOK $100 TOOK HIS $100!!!! With out any hesitation. When I asked what was the difference she said he spent the whole $100. I told her multiple times I can spend the whole $100 if the issue was change!!!! At that moment another work came in and I told him what was going on. Said I’m just trying to get gas. And he looked in the same drawer she was using and gave me change for the $80 in gas I spent. Afterwards I called to speak too who she called the boss that was at home. He wouldn’t talk to me he kept telling her, on her personal phone which she had on speaker while I was on the phone with her trough their business line. That if I have a problem with how they both do business to report it too corporate!!!!!! So unprofessional and classless. And obviously bias!!! Don’t do business here. They could care less about their customers.

Lady charged me for my items and i tried to leave and then she tells me I didnt pay, she forced me to pay for my items again saying that my first transaction would be refunded…

I've been to a lot of 7-Eleven's throughout my life but this location in Atwater is by far the Greatest of them all. Whether it's asking if there's more cheese for the nachos or asking for a price on a slushee this location has always gone above and beyond. This is my all time 10/10 location to come to.

I go to 7 11 alot because of cash app. The workers are friendly and the store is clean. And if you like pizza they will make a pizza in five minutes, fresh and delicious.

Great Day Everyone! My Wife and I have been 7/11 fans for a while now. Great Deals, Awesome Variety of Selections, Always something new on the shelf, Open 24/7 and last but not least The Pizza is Amazing!! This location in particular is neutral, blends in with the liquor store next door, meh. Its not untill I went in to get some pizza that really pulled a nurve. The lady over the counter told me something jaw dropping that really changed my perspective and had me thinking all the way home that I didnt even eat the pizza. The amount I usually pay for had changed. It had doubled to be more specific. When I ask that question everyone ask when your in shock. Excuse Me, I think you overcharged me could you rescan Please? She told me in a split second, " We charge more for pizza when using your EBT Card" I quickly answered, Wow!!! What in Tarnation did you say to me? What? Why? How? Huh? I walked out speechless and drove away. Correct me if im wrong but is that even possible under the snap guidelines? Not to mention the feelings I felt going home, Angry, Insulted, Rob, Stolen, Singled Out, Emotionally Confused like I had been ripped off and laugh at, but thoes where my feelings there and then driving home. Not being satisfied I drove to another 7/11 across town and asked the cashier to ring me up for 2 pizzas on ebt and to my surprise the amount was way more familiar and not even close to the previous store one. Curiously I asked and now we had 2 people confused and looking for answeres lol. Please if anyone has any info regarding my situation and event feel free to reply. What can you expect from people who work at a convenience store. They're usually full of tattoos and piercings always wanting to take their smoke break. Hella trashy. Even though it's conveniently located, I will drive further away to avoid this place and their janky employees! Go to ampm on Buhach, it's a bigger gas station and cleaner store (.)

Update! I recently went in to 7-11 to grab some munchies and was kindly greeted by not only new employees but, also the New Owner! New employees had great customer service skills and the store looked like it had received an amazing facelift.
