“My husband and I have been coming here for years. We decided to spend our Valentine's Day dinner here. Service was friendly and attentive. An amazing selection of beers! Our food came out faster than they could pour our beer flights! Lol. As always, their Pastrami sandwiches are delicious. Can't go wrong with any pick. Enjoy!”

“It's been a while since we've enjoyed dinner at Sundance, but we won't wait that long again. We were seated in a nice booth which gave us a quiet area to converse. Jake, our server, promptly appeared, noted we had drinks already from the bar, and gave us menus. We split the wedge salad which was cold, crisp, and topped with lots of blue cheese dressing, red onion, bacon. We chose the house cut prime rib and a ribeye cooked extremely rare. Both arrived "mooing" exactly as we like it. The side potatoes (1 loaded baked and 1 garlic mashed) were delicious as were the broccoli and carrots. But the Beef - ah the beef! perfectly cooked and oh so good! Since it was our anniversary we received a generous slice of mud pie to top off the meal. as I said - we won't wait so long to come back again. I also need to comment on the ambience - dark paneling, precisely attired servers, fires in the fireplaces, excellent attentive service - an elegant throw back to a more genteel age that we don't usually find in restaurants anymore. All in all, it was a wonderful evening!”

“I frequent Los Altos Tasting room regularly. It is a nice, relaxing place to go to after a hard day at work. The wine is excellent, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially Theo and Vince. Many times the owner, Benny, is there and will give you his insight on the different wines he is producing. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“Auto Vino is a fantastic place to take a group for lunch! Phil and Inga are so welcoming, friendly and fun. They made great wine suggestions, and the food is phenomenal (woodfired pizza and salmon salad were the most popular in our group), and even offered to snap a group photo of us posed with one of the cars. Lunch and wine outside on a sunny day in San Carlos can't be beat. Plus the inside is a real treat for car lovers. We will definitely be back!”
“Love this place. Used to volunteer there. Great place to pick up a few very affordable plants, both outdoor and indoor. The greenhouse is the best part. Open on the weekends usually around 12 PM to 3 PM. Consider becoming a member to get some discounts and attend the annual members party, which is really fun.”
“Have been down to Auto Vino a couple of time for their Cars & Cabernet events and there’s always a great selection of cars on show. A particular highlight today was the Ferrari SF90 ? The great thing is that it never gets too crowded and the outdoor restaurant serves up some great pizza if you want to grab a bite. Just make sure you get there early because some of the owners don’t hang around with their cars for the whole day.”

It was a total blast, and the staff went out of their way to address my vision for the event without any hesitation. This is a great space for any up and coming musical artist that is looking for an intimate venue with flexible options for stage/furniture layout, sound equipment, lighting and more. I didn’t have to bring any of my supplemental audio equipment to the gig as a lot of it was provided by the venue - that was super convenient!My audience had a fantastic time and I will definitely be playing more DJ gigs here!”
“Spent the morning here with my nieces and nephew (ages 8, 6, 3). They all had a blast!This place is the perfect size for a half-day excursion. Here's plenty to do, but it's not too big and you feel like you could get lost.There's also are multiple outdoor playground areas as well. You can pack a little picnic to enjoy there.”
“Stunning! We came here on date night in December the night before Christmas Eve. I'm born and raised in the Bay Area and I had honestly never heard of Filoli before and I'm shocked! The mansion and gardens are so magical, especially when it's all lit up for the holidays. The self-guided tour took us about two hours to see the whole estate. I wish I lived here! haha There's a gift shop and cafe on site. They even had a hot cocoa stand and a few fire pits to enjoy in the wintertime. Fun Fact: The 2001 movie "Wedding Planner" starring Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey was filmed at Filoli! I love that movie, and I rewatched it last week, and I had to pause the movie when I recognized the gardens and mansion! Amazing place! I'd love to visit in the spring during the daytime so I can see the beautiful flowers. I want to visit here yearly now during the holidays! Also, we asked the employee what Filoli meant, and we were told it means "Fidelty, Love, Live" :)”

“Had a wonderful dinner at Cetrellas new location right next to State Street Market. The restaurant had a very welcoming vibe (not stuffy like other places can be). The staff is attentive and kind and the owner M'hamed really makes sure that everyone is having an enjoyable dinner experience. We really liked our dinner (risotto, the branzino and the kale salad). The selection of wine was perfect for every event - even their list of caterers is solid. The caterer I used for our first La Honda event - we used two more times throughout 2023. If you're hosting a work event for up to 100 attendees - you can't go wrong with La Honda winery.”

“This park is great and there is something for all ages to enjoy. I like hiking, bird watching, and photography, and I can all enjoy them here. There are restaurants and parking spaces here. Many people enjoy sailing and kayaking here. Watching them play is very eye-catching. If I have time, I would like to come here to play.”
“Great place at the Elks Lodge. They have everything, an awesome gym, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. The building is beautiful, and such clean windows! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Gloria is very nice, Esequiel was extremely helpful, and Andrew is very knowledgeable about all of the services they offer. And Bonnie and Debi are always in the front office, and answered all of my questions. They also do catered events here!”

“This is one of the greatest community centers in Palo Alto. Everybody is so nice and friendly. Can't wait to go back to pre-Covid19 days where everyday and every week there is an event planned out by this community center. Good old days. Please get the Adas Cafe in the community center more active. We all miss the options of walking out of library or the community center and grab a cold or hot drink with a dessert or a small bite. Thank for your work Mitchell Park Community Center.”
“I've been a member at the elks for the past 3 years and I wish I joined sooner. It's a great place to relax, meet incredible people, and bring the family to the pool for summers and events. I really enjoy the gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi on a weekly basis. The people here always say hi and are very friendly. I might be on the younger side but don't mind learning from our older members. Everyone here is very respectable and great. I like taking my kids here over the summer to the pool to enjoy. They also have a cantina bar to enjoy a cocktail or beer under the sun. They also have Wednesday night dinners for a reasonable price. Also throughout the year they have many events to enjoy. I would recommend checking them out.”

“Monday night ecstatic dance is fun. A nice place to dance without having to deal with drunk people, and having lots of space to spin around. There's a hippy/yoga vibe, but there is no pressure to become part of a cult. You just dance and dance until it is over. And you can dance like no one is watching, because people are really not watching. The custom is to dance without shoes and there is no socializing on the dance floor. You are free to lie on the floor and writhe around. The music varies depending on the DJ, but usually the music ramps up slowly allowing you to warm up. The sound is not ear bleeding loud, but it is a reasonably clean sound system. Could have a bit more bass.”
