Chad shouldn't be working for Walgreens. Horrible customer service. If I had to give 500 negative stars I would. He sucks big time. What a LOSER. Hopefully they fire him. Horrible experience with that loser.

The pharmacists and others that work in the pharmacy are very nice and helpful. I moved my prescription's from CVS a few years ago because I always encountered rudeness from the people that work there. Thank you Walgreens for being so kind and helpful.

Try your luck with online pick up. Had to call the store after getting a text that there was an issue with my order, after 10 minutes of being transferred the manager told me their online stock doesn’t always match because people steal too much lol

Worst pharmacy I’ve EVER been to. Slow, slow, slow. Call to make sure your order is ready and when you get there they’ll STILL make you wait forever OR the pharmacist will be on lunch at 5pm and even though you’ve waited half an hour in line you can’t be issued your prescription until they’re back. Best of all, if you turn up and get a name right you could collect anyone’s prescription! They didn’t ask the date of birth, address, relation to patient - anything at the drive up window. Some serious liability for Walgreens…

The managers will come up front and spend more time yelling and causing a scene about no checkers, then they would if they just rang us up. Everyone should check, you’re not above anything.., I feel bad for the employees in this store. The leadership is poor at best.

So I go to the dentist at 8:30 this morning and find out I have an abscess. The dentist has his front office person, Patti, call in a prescription to Walgreens for an antibiotic. He gives me two of the pills that he has in his office to get me started and tells me that I'll be ok if I pick up the medication in the afternoon because I've taken the two pills. At 2:30 in the afternoon I go to the pharmacy to get my medication. Oh I'm not in the system they say. I call the dentist office. She left the information on the voicemail rather than wait on hold to talk to a human. The Walgreens clerk says she doesn't know what voicemail that could be but ok. So while I'm standing there, Patti calls again and again has to leave a message. I wait fifteen minutes and then have to leave for an appointment. As I head out, I call Walgreens and ask the automated system for the status of my prescription. It doesn't see me in the system. I call Patti and let her know. Fifteen minutes later she calls me and says that this time she waited on hold and talked to a pharmacist. Forty five minutes later I'm out of my appointment and call Walgreens to check the status of my prescription. I'm not in the system. So I call back and get a human who says I'm not in the system but she'll connect me to the pharmacist. After I wait on hold for five minutes, some woman picks up the phone and then disconnects me. I call back and get transferred to a pharmacist. At first he tells me that I'm not in the system but when I tell him that Patti spoke with a pharmacist he miraculously finds me and tells me it'll be 3 hours to fill it. By then it was 4:30. At 7:30 tonight, I called Walgreens and it's not ready. They'll call me when it's done. Here we are at 8:10 pm, almost 12 hours since it was originally called in and I have nothing. Everything is screwed up now because the two pills he gave me this morning have not been followed up on. This is pathetic. I have already left CVS and Rite Aid for their horrible customer service but they're starting to look good compared to Walgreens which is pretty sad. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Must say the manager just at this location sucks! She said multiple items were no longer sold st their location and a team member named durvalina went out of her way to help us find the items that were in fact there and rather quickly!

Chad, even at night you should greet customers that come up to the register. Also, carding a 40 year old guy and refusing to sell them alcohol is just rude. Nonetheless, thank you for reminding me why I prefer to shop online.

Attn owner: I dont care if they're staff is rude. Just have my medication in stock. I need them! I'm Not talking one time, it's a 50/50 chance that I will get turned away and have spend the long process to get a hold of the docter to send the Rx. to CVS.

Probably the worst store you can go to on the Central Coast. Understaffed. Attitude from the few employees they do have. Dirty store. Takes FOREVER to make a FedEx return. Why offer the service if you can't man the counter?
