Back to give Verizon the worst cust service review I can they suck so bad that I can't even talk on the phone in my house the 5 g there trying out sucks so bad I've been having this issue for at least 3 years now and it's not even a little better it's a lot worse

I am absolutely livid with this location. My elderly parents went in to pick up a "JetPak", while on holiday and somehow one of their reps completely blew up my mother's UNRELATED phone, to the point it can't even send or receive phone calls. Even after taking it to a corporate store (4 hours with them), Verizon's 2nd level support is unsure they can recover the mistake. This means at least 6 months of aggravation and undue stress to make sure she still has access to some fashion of 2-factor authentication, migration of data, updating accounts and on and on and on. Since they may not be able to recover the phone, I had to purchase a new one with a new number. I'm not sure whether to blame the rep or the culture of an organization, where if you don't know what you are doing, you should back away. NEVER AGAIN. cc:

I was having trouble setting up voicemail so I went down to the Verizon store and asked for some help. They wanted to charge me a fee. After paying on this account for many years they won't take 2 minutes to fix a simple problem without charging a fee what a joke.

My experience with Verizon rep Julie today was just like last time, exceptional! Julie's knowledgeable and friendly which makes the up grade process seem less. She also is great at describing new products ie EARGO HEARING TECH that have been introduced to consumers. Thanks again Verizon?

Never, in my life, have I had such a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. I have now waisted DAYS of my life trying to fix issues with my bill that this company created.For reference, I have been trying to get my issue resolved since Black Friday 2022 and it is now May 2023 and my account is still showing incorrect charges.The store manager is completely incompetent and has an attitude. Even reaching out to their corporate office has not resolved my issues and has only waisted more of my time and energy.Verizon wireless should pull their affiliation with this company immediately as it gives them a terrible reputation in association. DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICE OR DEVICES WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This Verizon Authorized Retailer store is a SCAM. It's one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. It's way too long of a story to write out but the store manager (Julie or Julia I believe) is essentially a scam. Went there simply to trade in my old iPhone to get a newer one and it turned into a whole ordeal. She sold this whole thing about getting an apple watch for free by simply adding the data for it to the bill. Turns out, she sold me the incorrect watch and so I ultimately did not get it for free, she tried to blame the wrong bar code on the box as the reason to why I got sold the wrong watch and refused to take any accountability for it. Like it was my fault I walked out of the store with the wrong watch and not hers. I returned the watch on December 22, 2022 and then ended up having to pay $515 full retail cost for the watch on my January 2023 bill because Verizon did not get record of the watch being returned, she again blamed someone else for her mistakes. I have spent a collective of at least 15 hours to get this situation corrected with Verizon and the authorized retailer store.Aside from the watch, she also sold this package deal to me on Black Friday as this Black Friday deal basically saying there's an accessory bundle that would be free because it's black Friday. I asked in 3 different ways "are you sure what you're telling me is true" and every time she would reassure me that all I was paying was "sales tax on the phone and other equipment". Well, turns out that I ended up paying over $100 for this unnecessary accessory bundle (overprice case, charging cord, etc.) but the whole time she assured me "all you're paying in store today is the sales tax". Just a complete waste of my time, money, and energy when all I simply walked in for was an iPhone trade in. Learning lesson for me is to not trust what a sales rep is telling me as truth.Throughout my ordeal, even though she's "the manager" she'd always claim that her district manager would have to resolve the situation but always refused to provide me the district manager's contact information to sort it out.If I were any of you looking to go to this store for anything, I'd recommend going to the actual direct Verizon store in San Luis Obispo. Even when I was speaking to a Verizon customer service rep, they even made a comment that they weren't surprised I was dealing with the authorized retailer Victra.

We got an iPhone here today. We were with another carrier for about 16 years... starts with a T. Well sadly the T down the street made us very angry because they flat out lied to us, and that could have ended poorly for us. Luckily the false plan at the T did not go through so we took our 16 plus years of business down the road. The staff is very nice at this Verizon store , yes it took a while because our situation was kind of complicated, however they have product in stock and all of our lines will be migrating to Verizon. I know our son is happy with his iPhone 14 pro something, and we will be switching our daughters at the end of the week , then working out my phone to go over there then the rest of the lines... See you later T store...

Had a terrific experience with Charles mid April and added iPad to my order only to beLocked out of it when I came home. Called Verizon store - did not speak w Charles just the person who answered the call who told me to come in- went in today only to have tech there Google my question ( which I had of course sirwsfy done at home)!then tell me they" aren't trained " on apple. Sent me to apple store.sadly inconsistent tech support.
