Unfortunately, this location charges $3.99 for their UPS envelopes, free at all other locations. I’ve shipped daily for years and this is a scam, as UPS intends for their envelopes to be free of charge. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Wouldn’t ship ups insured package because package was insured by insurance I purchased from ups. They said the items inside were too valuable but sold me insurance for item then wouldn’t accept item. Yes, it’s as dumb as it sounds. Clerk refused to fill out paperwork ups requires that acknowledges the shipments value. I guess the jokes on me; I’ve never had a decent smooth experience at this location. Will avoid from now on.

The clerk did not greet anyone at the door when she opened 5 minutes late (a “good morning” at that point would have gone a long way!) She was rude and unhelpful to the person in line ahead of us. When it was our turn, her rude attitude was directed at us. We have made hundreds of Amazon returns and this location has a few good employees but the woman who was working this morning caused us turn around and leave. She treated us like we didn’t know how the returns work!

Understaffed. The person here was great but they had to handle someone printing, someone faxing, customer phone calls about delivery stuff which I believe has nothing to do with the retail stores and all that on top of returns and shipping. Management of this store needs to stop cheaping out. The only time I see two employees here is when there should be three or four.

I just went to this store today and had a great experience! There was a very long line that seemed to never end. Unfortunately there was only one staff member there and she handled the rush of people fantastically. She even helped three customers at one.

Wow just moved to town and what a horrible experience. I have returned 100s of items to Amazon and have never once had a issue. I go in today and all of a sudden my item has to be repackaged in another box besides the original it came in. Didn't try to help me resolve it just said I don't know and offered me a $5 box to rehab a item that is free to return I literally returned the same lamp two weeks ago without issue. These people need retraining and now I will be going to Paso or San Luis instead of the UPS store right next to my house. Horrible experience and did not feel welcomed or helped at all. Also felt very rushed and like my issues weren't important even though it's there job.

Twice Amanda has helped me out of problems. The first was tracking and forwarding a lost package (not lost by them!). The second was ensuring my new Starlink dish was tucked away in a safe place since I was delayed getting into pick the shop to retrieve it.I would totally recommend using this location. The team is great. I never feel rushed but they are also great as multi-tasking!

Today I went into the store for some Amazon returns. One of the workers, Desirae, was doing a notary. I couldn't help but notice how rude the man she was notarizing for was. Raising his voice, nothing but attitude, and trying to tell her how to do her job. On the bright side of my observation, there was desirae she was kind, calm, informative & patient. She went over the notary several times with the man before he snatched the papers from her hands and took off. I can truly attest and say desirae needs a patience award as many of us customers in line agreed. The man caught the lines attention but more than that we were amazed at how Desirae handled the situation. He raised his voice & had extreme attitude, meanwhile desiraes tone never changed & she did her best to explain & help him understand. I have been helped by Desirae MANY times. She is always super sweet and helpful. I've seen her go out of her way to help customers & her coworkers (even multitasking). She is always doing her best to make sure every customer is taken care of & all their questions are answered. If you are helped by Desirae you are in great hands. 10/10 customer service. Way to go desirae, your employers are very lucky to have you.

I'm in this store about 3-4 times a month. Mostly it's to do returns to Amazon. Yesterday I was in there to do a return to another company that had sent the return QR Code through email. I saw the code in my email on my computer at home but when I got to the store my iPhone wouldn't render the code. There was just a blank box where the code should have been. I asked to use the computer in the corner (which wasn't being use at the time) to log into my email so they could scan the code. It would have taken me less than 2 minutes to log-in, have the code scanned off the screen and log back out. I was told I had to pay $3 for the use of the computer. I asked again, pointing out that I didn't WANT to use the computer it was just that I knew for certain that using the computer would give them the code they needed to ship back the package. I was again told "but I still have to charge you $3." I stood there for a few seconds dumbfounded and then left the store. I won't be going back. Customer service is dead there. They lost someone that probably gained them a few hundred dollars a year over 2 minutes of computer use that I literally didn't want to do. I've never had a great experience there but this was the proverbial straw.
