I don't know if anyone loves the process of moving and putting their things in storage. But, when someone can make the storage piece easy, efficient, convenient, affordable, and absolutely seamless - I feel like I need to share! Taylor at U-Stor-It mini-storage in Atascadero is a true professional. From the first time I picked up the phone, Taylor was great about helping me figure out what unit would be most cost-effective for me, how to get set up with the rental etc; he even let me know there's a dolly for borrow to help with getting all the stuff from the vehicle into the storage unit. And, Taylor let me know there was a special running that would actually save me money. He didn't have to do that, but he's just an honest person who wants to help. The entire experience was fantastic, and I have to give a shout out that when I messed up on something on my end, Taylor was super accommodating when he didn't have to be. There aren't a lot of folks these days who will do that. And - if you're in SLO looking for storage, U-Stor-It in Atascadero is only 15 minutes away.

I don't normally do reviews but this is an awesome storage facility.We moved here recently from Missouri and Taylor made us feel right at home when we arrived. Was super knowledgeable and had us cracking up the whole time.Facilities were clean and the prices fair.Very happy to have found this place.

I had a couple of units at U-Stor-It for nearly a year. Taylor, the onsite manager, was very helpful with facilitating both my move-in and move out processes, including helping with greeting and guiding a large moving truck on how to best navigate the layout of the units. He was also prompt responding to my inquires and questions.I'd not hesitate to use the facility again or recommend it to friends.

Miss the old man terribly he provided a level of customer service that is almost unheard of these days! However the transition was handled efficiently. I like some of the changes that have been made in regards to more ways to make your payment.

R.I.P. Mr Jim. U will be whole heartedly missed by all who came to know you and the community. U ran this place with love and kindness I have had a unit there on and off for 35 years and you watched me grow from a kid I will always miss u and will continue to always being a customer I pray the new owners are as kind and accommodating as u.

??The people who work here are so friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend their units for your storage needs!! The units are clean and well priced, in comparison to other local locations. They also give discounts to our military members and vets!! Very patriotic. The only thing that wasn't perfect, from my experience of using two of their different sized units, is that the units don't have lighting inside, but if that keeps their prices low, I am all for it! ??
