Surprisingly carpets looked just as dirty as a year ago under old management. Plumbing fixtures still loose.

Came here for the first time. Very impressed with this little historic gem. Great comfortable rooms with coffee fridge, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right in the heart of Atascadero. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommendable.
