NEVER DO INSTACART NOR SHOP HERE AGAIN. I stopped here to do a instacart order around 7pm with a friend who also did an order. As the cashier wrong up my friend first, she was very rude to him, very unprofessional, gave him attitude, and had my friend bag his groceries. As I was checked out, the cashier said there was a $10 tip added to my instacart order. She said I did something to the order to add the $10 donation which instacart doesn’t allow. In which I did NOT do anything to add this then accused me of doing it wrong. I’ve been instacart delivery driver for over 5 years and have NEVER had this issue until today. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Cashier said she couldn’t void transaction or do anything to help me. She just pushed me off to the side and helped next customer. I’m a manager at a local store and I would’ve never hired such a disrespectful and rude cashier. I had to come back to my order being put back on shelf. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE. I WILL take my business elsewhere.

Overpriced. They advertise good sales on meat items, but they always run out of stock immediately and refuse to do any rain checks. Better customer service at Vons. Cheaper prices at Food4Less and Grocery Outlet. I don’t see any reason to shop here.

I'm not going to go on a rant against the Smart and Final here in Atascadero except to say that the entire employee pool there could use a class on how to be friendlier and a whole lot more efficient at what they do. I've had better communications with folks who are employed in a mortuary.

Actually became familiar with this store during the Covid shut-down, because they did a good job at keeping products on the shelves.Their produce section is pretty good and the prices are competitive. They also have a great frozen food selection here too.There are some good local wines in there wine area to choose from. They have a pretty good bakery selection too. All in all a great store to shop at.

Quality produce, good meat and bread selections, great prices. Not enough checkers for how busy they get though. Beer selection can be a bit limited, but there’s some good standbys and the prices are fair.

I had the rudest cashier ever named Lisa. She made me feel so uncomfortable, I don't know if she was having a bad day but it wasn't very kind of her to take it out on customers.

I love the co workers that work here including my husband John.They do a wonderful job and always make me and my parents feel welcome.The coworkers here deserve to be treated kindly and with appreciation.

Make sure you check your receipt before leaving store.Sale price for items on sale do not match price in cash register so you end up paying more for items on sale and you have to go back to store to get refund. Store is cheating.

Horrible attitude I have always stopped here to buy flowers for my visit to my grandparents grave or for my mom and today is the last time I'll do that the sign said 16.99 with number and the guy didn't even want to scan my flowers because if they were the wrong price he'll have to get a manager so he went to look and him and some female did something over by the flowers he came back and said 47.83 I said can I put my number in he said no because that was for some other flowers I bought them anyways because I have already been on the road for 2 hours but this will be last time I stop here...fix your customer service Brett!

I usually go to Food 4 Less. I went to Smart & Final and found that most of the same products cost at least a dollar or two more, and that their house brand bagels are practically inedible. Disappointing.
