Buying $56 in gas didn’t qualify us to use the bathroom. We were told “you have to buy something in the store to get the bathroom key.” Don’t go here!

Place is always locked and is never open everytime I come... need to use other cleaning products cause the store reeks of fabuloso it stinks. This place needs work

Very bad service, they don't let you enter the bathroom, the machines don't have paper to print receipts, I was going to buy a ticket and I couldn't sell it because it was going to be the inventory, another day I passed by and I was going to change a ticket and they wouldn't let me He wanted to change it because the machine wasn't working.

Gas is so expensive and if you need something from the store too dang bad, there is almost always a "cashier on 30 minute break" sign in the window. That 30 minutes is somehow all the time. Head to Chalk Mountain at the next corner for better everything.Literally every time I have come here there has been a "cashier on break/lunch" sign. There is almost never a person in the store. These poor employees, clearly understaffed and likely overworked. Someone tell Shell they're supposed to hire enough people to COVER breaks and lunches, this is so absurd.

Wow! So my car broke down while getting gas here. It literally wouldn't start so I called AAA and they said they could have someone out within 15 minutes. I went into the service station to use the restroom and not only did the mean lady who works there refuse, she threw an absolute fit when I told her my car was parked in front of a pump. She demanded I move my car, I explained again that it doesn't turn on. She freaked out about me being in a "sales" spot. I suggested she try to move it. Customer service is nonexistent here and not only that, but you'd think a woman would be more sympathetic to a fellow female who was stranded as well. Please owners, your business would do much better with someone who showed one iota of compassion.

They claim they don’t have a bathroom and send you to Chevron, down the road, which doesn’t let you use their restroom unless you buy something. This is the absolutely worst area to pull over if you are a traveler.

I would give it a 0 stars if I could! They wouldn't let me use the bathroom. There was not one other person getting gas or in the store. What a joke!

Very rude lady working there lied to me about the restroom not working, I'd recommend the Chevron .2 miles away, they have clean restrooms and a better selection of snacks.

Despite advertising 24-hours, it's almost always closed when I go there. A sign in the window with a return ETA hours later yet someone behind the register staring at patrons like a deer in the headlights. Something isn't right. It's kind of creepy at this point.
