They close early every day and refuse service for a "spill" of gas . Don't recommend going to this station if you need a single thing

To the owner. I was a loyal customer spending $600- $1,000 a month at your store. I live very close, and it was convenient. Your employees mocked me for the last time! Horrible service is the norm. Buy gas somewhere else, never go in the store! Employees will SCREAM BATHROOM IS CLOSED!!!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The cashier refused to sell me a gas card and then commented on the quality of my vehicle. Do not ever go here! So incredible rude. When I asked his name he told me he forgot it. He should be fired!

Unfortunately, the Hitching Post Shell Mini Mart is a covid-19 Delta Variant superspreader spot. the staff were friendly, but none of the customers and some of the staff were wearing masks.

Maybe review with your cashiers how to treat customers with a little common courtesy. We realize your restrooms are, "For paying customers," but when we're coming in off the road after a long drive, we're going to use the restroom first, before making our purchases. We don't need hostile looks on the way in, nor snide remarks on our way out to purchase our fuel. I and my traveling companion were both treated so rudely, that your staff nearly convinced us to NOT become "paying customers" at your establishment, and instead to just drive off to another station, rather than patronizing your below average facility.

Walked in Sunday 11/29/20 at around 11am and the girl behind the counter - in the middle of a Covid-19 surge in Atascadero - is standing behind the counter, no mask on, no nothing. If you don't want Corona Virus, consider visiting one of the many stations in the area that observe the required safety precautions.

Most every time I go here the cashiers are nice but don't go over the top. Things are a little pricey, . Stocking could be more neat, pricing more visible, great drink selection. but overall good location.

COVID or not, other stations have paper towels at the pumps. Every station I been to but this one. They haven't had them for weeks. I live nearby so I would know.They also just started carrying all the beer the alcoholics drink, huge bottles of nasty beer. They used to have a decent selection. No prices on 90% of items in the market. Nice enough workers, but they talk about customers in Spanish, I speak it too.

Came by during the evening on my way home from the beach. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. Will consider this gas station as my refill stop whenever I head to the coast for now on.
