I just got engaged and needed my ring resized. The company my fiancé bought the ring from would do it, but the turnaround time was several weeks. We brought the ring to Rusty and he sized it custom within the same day. You can’t even tell any work was done on the ring. 10/10 would recommend ?

I broke the temple off my extremely thin frameless glasses. Went to this repair spot. The customer service here was beyond 5* the repair is 100% perfect. I loved everything about this experience. I’m an RN so customer service has always been important in my career and life. I can not give the owner a high enough rating. The frame looked perfect where the repair was done and seriously could not see where it had ever been broken

With one exception (which was reasonable) Rusty has been able take care of every watch I've brought him, quickly. Recently I knocked my wrist on the wall at my office and the minute hand on one of my pieces fell off. He replaced and aligned it in 20 minutes for $25. Fair, honest and skilled watchsmith. Highly recommend.

Mr. Risch made a house call to repair our 25 year old grandfather clock. He was very knowledgable and was very comfortable working on our precious clock. His price was very reasonable and now our clock works great! He doesn't come up when you do a Google search for grandfather clock repair, but he sure should.

I am extremely pleased to recommend Risch's Jewelers!! They resized a wedding ring up three sizes and in just one day at a great price. They made a gal very happy to be able to place my guys wedding ring on his finger as we get married in Hawaii in a few days!! Thank you RISCH'S JEWELERS!! I called Risch on a Saturday morning when my dear friends grandfather clock stopping working. My dear friend is on hospice and she spends a lot of time listening to her clock. He made the extra effort to come out the day we called and he fixed her clock. Made her and made mine too!

Rusty is an Atascadero institution. I always pay less than I expect to and he will find a way to fix, set, or replace anything associated with jewelry, watches and clocks. He is honest as the day is long.

Risch's is the only jeweler I really trust. My parents have known Rusty since before I was even born. I was able to get a couple of pieces repaired for much cheaper than expected, and I also received a couple of Christmas presents that came from them that I'm in love with. I'm a customer for life and would recommend them to anyone.

Kind, friendly, and fast! I was gifted a pair of emerald stud earrings with a screw back posts that just didn't work for me. In one day they changed them out for regular posts in a smaller diameter. Excellent, high quality craftsmanship.
