I don’t ship items often so I was a little intimidated when I had several items I ended up needing to return from Amazon. Fortunately, the Amazon return service was super easy. And then the staff at Perry’s were very helpful and friendly on top of that.
I love the gift selection they have, there are SO many things and different themes. I wouldn’t go here for cheap gifts though, they are definitely quality items.
I will add that they don’t accept QR code returns. That was the one downfall of my several returns, but the UPS store is next door so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

Great little spot for sending out packages, getting gifts and they just added a jewelry section. I've bought a purse twice here for my wife, gifts for my kids, this includes puzzles, wallets, beanies, cards, candy and more. They have the best quality gifts and pretty good prices. They are not cheap! But you definitely get value in quality. Great customer service. I highly recommend this shop :)

I so prefer this place over the local UPS store... I really like the small town friendly help here and the help understanding the complex nature of shipping in the USA sometimes...all the choices! The gifts are fun too. CARDS, jewelry etc! thank for your consistent good and friendly assistance neighbors!

Long-time resident of Atascadero. Had a really bad experience here recently, unfortunately. Dropped off two large FedEx packages on a Tuesday, needing packing ($114), for important 2-Day Express to Alaska. This was only 30 minutes before their pickup, so I realized it probably wasn't going to make it out that day. Apparently, due to being busy and short-staffed it also didn't make it out the following day!?! Even two days later (Thursday), I called and they weren't packed yet! I had to switch to FedEx Overnight, costing some $800 or so more! They were not able to help with that cost OR contacting FedEx to help, only refunding their packing cost. Ultimately, one of the packages made it on-time (Friday), but the other was late and arrived sometime on Monday. This caused my employer a great deal of embarrassment with our client and also embarrassment on my part. Consider this an OK place to drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled things, but avoid for anything business and/or time-critical.

Excellent service for all your shipping needs. Super helpful and friendly staff. I haven't experienced that kind of customer service at any of the other local shipping companies. Great gift shop as well. Support small businesses!

The ladies here are always friendly and helpful. The kids love to come here to look around the shop at all the unique items they sell. It's nice having a one stop shop for every shipping carrier. As well as if you need to get a live scan.
