First of all this review is much too late but I wanted to share our awesome experience with Peek Realty. As everybody knows this is not the best time to buy a home and we were having a hard time finding something in our price range. Seth was amazing. Always looking out for a house for us. Available whenever we had questions or wanted to see a house. Karen was also there every step of the way with questions needing answered or documents needed. They are an awesome duo and will help the process along in anyway they can. They were always available. I cant say enough about their professionalism and desire to help and be there even step of the way. Thank you Seth and Karen

We are from out of town and they have assisted in our transition more than they needed to. They have helped us find everyone we need for our home. We are out of town sellers and Karen and Seth took care of everything. Karen was so efficient. She arranged all of the repairs, cleaning, inspections etc. She always kept us informed and up to date. My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Karen Peek as our agent. She was always quick to respond to our questions throughout the entire process. We moved from another state and began using Karen before we sold our home and moved here. She was happy to meet my mom and show her homes until we got here. She also set up a vacation rental for us so we had a place to land once we arrived and made sure it was well appointed and comfortable for us.
We were provided a nice selection of homes as we were looking to accommodate my mother with her own living quarters. She worked tirelessly to put offers in for us during this crazy time in real estate and was always happy to accommodate.
Once we found the perfect house Karen walked us through all the steps of signing the mountain of paperwork and if she couldn’t answer a question about the new home she was quick to get an answer from the listing agent.

This was our first home purchase so we didn't know anything about the processes or documents that would be required. We had so many questions and Karen was always great about getting us quick and accurate answers. She was awesome at explaining every step and made sure everything was organized and on track. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything falling through the cracks with her. She was really on top of things.
Karen gave us great recommendations too. She walked us through each step and made sure we knew all of our options so we could make the best decisions for our purchase. She is trustworthy, professional and patient. She was always available through text, email and phone and never made me feel like I was being a burden.
