Attitude as I arrived, asking if I’ve been there before, saying they’re not taking responsibility for anything if I didn’t get more service. I said yes, I’d been there before but it had been a long time ago. I said I just needed an oil change. It’s high mileage and synthetic, I didn’t need anything else. Charged me for full service, and that’s not what I asked for. I won’t be going back. Rude and overcharged

The service team at the Atascadero is top notch! I have always had a great experience with them. They bend over backwards to take care of you. I recently had my truck smogged and had a few issues. They resolved the issue with minimal cost and great service.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tim at Lube n' Go in Atascadero. I took my truck for an oil change, he greeted me immediately, was very pleasant and respectful. He consulted CarFax and found that it was due a few other services. He did not try to sell me those services just advised that they were due, and answered my questions. I opted to have them performed also. I felt pricing for everything done was appropriate. I told Tim to tell his Mom that she did a good job raising him!

Ben and the guys at the Paso Robles shop have been very responsive to my needs.....fast, professional and take time to listen and explain services....prices are comparable to the area ....and the service is a step above.....

The staff & technians at Lube N Go have treated me like family for over 7 years. My 17-year-old car is in great shape because of their care & knowledgeable service. They treat me fairly & always make me feel confident that my car is in good hands.

Always receptive to all of my vehicles needs. I have five vehicles. This business is great as they are not trying to sell you something you don't need. Free top offs after servicing as well.

Have been going to Lube N Go off and on, but lousy service today. I specifically asked them to fill my tires and they did not. They also didn't vacuum either. Super expensive and you'd think they'd do everything they promise with their service. Won't go back

My wife took her car in and got the oil changed. The next day there was oil all over the driveway. She called and Bud, who I think is the manager, came and worked on her car from 4ish until 8pm trying to figure out what was up. Turns out it was not their fault. The dipstick holder became unseated and caused oil to leak. It was only when they pulled the dipstick that it became unseated. I came home ready to rain hellfire on these guys but it wasn't their fault. He refilled the oil, fixed the dipstick holder, gave us some extra oil, sprayed degreaser on the driveway and offered to come back Saturday and pressure wash the driveway. Hell of a good guy. I'll be a customer for life because of his generosity and kindness. Highly recommend!

I looked at them on Google and checked out their services offered... I brought my car here after seeing they offered the service I needed... My car ran good at first but then it began having the same problem... I brought my car back the following day and the owner came out saying they don't offer that type of service that my vehicle needed and I had to go elsewhere... Thanks for wasting my $80.. you could've referred me elsewhere in the very beginning.

I have been coming here for 12 years, and I just had an unexpected gross experience. I took my car in because my oil reminder came on , the man came out and tried to upswell me and was beyond rude when I declined ( unfortunately this happens to women all the time). The manager came out and questioned me about my car, I thought this was odd. He asked where I had other services done and badgered me as to why I didn't have them done with them ??? WTH They didn't reset my service light to boot So I am giving them the boot do better treat women with respect
