For a year now I have LOVED enjoyed the redesign of my wedding ring. It’s perfect! We have been coming to KJons for years and even though it’s a new owner, they are just as kind and professional. We bring our white gold jewelry there to be cleaned or re-dipped in white gold. We have bought several pieces of jewelry over the years from KJons. Their jewelry is of top quality and reasonably priced.

I went to K-Jons to get a new battery in my watch. The staff was so Friendly, unlike a jewelry store in Paso Robles. The battery is difficult to get changed so they asked if it was OK to pick up the following day. I said that was fine and picked up my watch. I would definitely drive from Paso Robles to go to K-Jons. The Lady that waited on me even offered me Coffee or water! Thank you K-Jons , Laura Ormonde

Wish I could give zero stars. Years ago I took a ring in to be cleaned they “lost” one of the diamonds. When I went back to have them fix their problem, they said they had found the diamond. Just went to get my ring appraised and one of the diamonds is a cubic zirconium. Jerks.
Edit to respond: yeah, I had a different name at the time. I’m not sure if it was under my name, Melissa Smith, or my mom’s, Janie Smith. I came in a day or two before my wedding in June of 2007 to have my ring cleaned. When you cleaned it in your machine, one of the diamonds fell out. You told me it would take several days to fix. My mom took the ring back in to you and had some choice words at the time and you fixed the ring.
I took my ring to get appraised yesterday where I live in Orange County and was told the diamond that had “fallen out” was now a cubic zirconia. Fabulous.

I had a wonderful experience at K.Jons! I recently brought in a gold charm necklace that I wanted updating, as well as my engagement ring that needed repairing. My necklace turned out beautiful and was exactly what I asked for. Lindsay was very helpful in the design. As for my engagement ring, they gave me two different options on how to repair/improve the ring which was very helpful. I will definitely be returning for future purchases and repairs! Lindsay and the team are very professional and the shop itself has the most beautiful pieces…I wanted to buy it all ?
