The last several times we have been here, the prices are all wrong. At least one or more items wrang up significantly higher than the posted price. The process to get it corrected takes longer than it should. The last time they didn't even get it right then and the quick trip to the market took an hour+. The employees are nice, it is just that the debacle of mispriced items made me finally stop going.

I can’t believe what happened.I was looking big flowers pots outside but they very Heavy so someone helping me turn around to see they good condition but every big pots was chipped and cracked on the sides i don’t wanted it.Its still cost money $60 .Women come out i don’t to know why told me she’s the Owner staying around Pretend checking Price pots make me Uncomfortable.I think why women coming out because we are outside maybe 30 minutes people helping so long it’s was very hard find it because it’s all Defect and Cracked . Finally I Decide taking some it’s not was easy .I ask put pots in car first before paying because man’s helping me let them go the owner woman told me No given hard time for me.No Reasons the women owner need watched this trying find it not broken pot make me uncomfortable .I am thinking Apologize because I was stress tell her why she’s give me hard time go inside store looking her but man coming out angry told me if he was outside tell me be leave.What I did looked pots find good not broken ?Had very bad experience ?

I love this grocery outlet. It's always clean, have a huge variety of items as well. Cashier's leave a little to be desired but I've always found the management very helpful and kind!
