Every time I shop at this store I learn something. I learned they will not sell you an item that does not have a price tag, even if you're willing to negotiate. I have learned they sometimes close at 5pm, even though it says 7 on the door, and that you better be out by 5:01. I have learned that they don't love to open change rooms, and are OK with letting customers stand there waiting for 10 minutes or more. And today I learned that they take their 5 items per room "policy" seriously. Very seriously indeed.
They have signs up saying 5 items to a room. And more signs saying there's a 10 minute max. I was grilled about how many items my kids had in the room. When I didn't answer, I was hovered around. Asked if I knew how to read signs. Told I wasn't special and had to follow the rules like everyone else when they didn't even know if we were breaking them. My kids were passing me items over the door, and I was handing others back, trying to speed things up, since more people were waiting. Our behavior was perfectly respectful and we didn't deserve to be condescended to, yelled at, and treated like criminals by Kelsey and her team.
I have shopped in thrift stores most of my life. I have worked in them too, and have had to clean up after people who took 50 items in a room and left them strewn all over. I understand the need for rules. But the way they are being enforced leaves something to be desired.
We all know most of the items in Goodwill are donated. To roughly enforce rules such as these, and in such a way, takes away all that was once precious about thrift stores and thrift shopping.
Today was the fourth time I have had a negative experience and it's one too many. I may have to learn to live with the elevated prices and increasing similarity to the policies of big box chains. But I do not have to live with rude treatment.

I shop here often and the employees are usually pretty friendly. Not today. Apparently Casey White is the police of the fitting room. He honestly treated me just short of a criminal, glaring at me and accusing me of having too many items in my dressing room. I asked him if he'd like to look in the fitting room whereby he informed me that I had to play by the rules....what? I will honestly never shop or donate here again, especially when there are much friendlier places to go thrifting. Tiffany, however, was a pleasure to check me out.

The pricing is outrageous for donated free items, you can literally buy new for less. Don't tell me it pays for the employees when they are all on minimum wage, over worked and under valued and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Also please don't patronize me with your robot answer of 'thank-you for shopping and supporting Goodwill' At least pretend you're listening to your customer base. My donations will go to support a 'real' cause and not just to fatten some CEO's pocket.

Love the store! Bummer that they have started to overprice their shoes. $39.99 is too high for "thrift" or bargain shoes. All donations.. come on people.

It's sad to say that Goodwill has gone so far downhill that it is not worth the visit. I used to enjoy the challenge. I would spend a half a day shopping, trying on clothes and even finding little treasures like the 14k gold ring I still wear around my little finger or the mid century table that I got for half price, $25.00 and is now over $2000.00 on 1stDibbs. These finds couldn't happen today. First, there is no jewelery section, 2nd very limited furniture and 3rd, the clothes cost so much that I can do just as well shopping sales at Macy's. Goodwill is a rip off. The owner seems to have discovered Poshmark and wants to compete with their prices. What he doesn't understand or doesn't care about is that people donate to the Goodwill do so to help people who can't afford Macy's or Amazon or even Target. I am on a fixed income and can't afford their ten dollar a pair jeans. Struggling families sure can't buy enough clothes at the Goodwill to dress their children. Store employees that have been there over 2 years still haven't revieced a raise. And the warehouse that used to be reasonable cost almost as much as their retail. I stopped shopping at the warehouse because it stopped being worth the drive. Gone are the days of Fifty cents a pound clothes. Not to mention the filthy dressing room floors in the retail stores. I don't know why they pay anyone to sweep the dressing room floors at night. The poor Goodwill staff end up doing the work for the janitors. Here's an idea, let go of the night janitors, bump up the retail staff pay and bring down the cost of shopping at the Goodwill. I for one have marked them off my go to list for shopping AND donations. I'd rather give direct to the homeless shelter!!! Maybe if everyone shows the owner that we aren't paying high prices for fonated items intended to go to those in need, the owner might h t down his ridiculous prices.

I really wanted to give this store a 5 star review but their prices keep it at a 3. The store is big and kept fairly clean. There is lots of natural lighting and things are nicely organized. I usually find several things that I “can’t live without”. They have restrooms available but usually need a little attention, Im thankful they are there. My only dissatisfaction is they keep raising their prices. I have found many things that are more expensive than the items are in the stores. Many of the second hand clothes I’ve seen are more expensive than the prices I’ve paid for the same things brand new. Other than clothing the prices tend to be fair. Know that some of the same things are different prices. For example, candles may be the same color, condition and size but one may be twice as much. I’ve founds this to be true on kitchen items, games, dishes, craft items and so forth. All in all this particular Good Will store is worth visiting.

Generally rude people...that includes staff and customers. There was only one staff that was polite and helpful. One star. Okay stuff (one star), but when Dollar Tree items are sold for 3 times the original price, it's time to consider going somewhere else.

Finally a reasonable Goodwill! Employees are super nice and the prices are more in line with what you would expect at a thrift store.

Great clothing section. Books are sometimes great, always great prices. Same with DVDs. Can find good movies for a great deal. Employees are cool & personable. Whenever I've asked for help finding something the employees are knowledgeable on the inventory & assist me as best they can.Prices are priced appropriately to today's economy. You find some things priced higher bc they are of higher quality. The way things are typically done at thrift stores.

Prices are too high on clothing and some shoes. I can buy brand new at Walmart for the same price on most clothing items.

Womens blouses are all $6.99; you can get new tees at Kohl’s for as low as $5.99 on sale. Prices are a little high.
