“Floyd and Mary have been outstanding in their customer service! We have purchased a custom living room sofa, love seat and ottomans. They are able to design your room on a large computer screen. The sofa started to pill after about 8 months. Working with the manufacturer and after trying to remove with a pill remover, Mary made our day! The manufacturer agreed to replace our whole set. We are heading there soon to pick out a sturdier material!! They have been wonderful to work with. Don’t go to any other furniture store!
