Having some issue with the power of our Van during our US trip, we stop to Ferrell's Auto Repair. Any regrets, they change our fuel pump and small other small stuff, and above all they really take care of us during the few days we were blocked here !
Thank you for your professionalism and your welcome, and a big thank you to Eric D. and the mechanics for your kindness towards us !!
We resume with serenity our remaining 4000 miles ;)

When I go to Ferrel’s,, I know my car is in good hands. They do great work and they do what they say they will do. They keep thorough records of maintenance, and they are friendly and courteous, honest, and affordable. I would highly recommend Ferrels!

I called to ask for a diagnostic and the mechanic told me that I should still have basic coverage from the dealership since my vehicle is still fairly new, can’t believe I didn’t think of that. Really appreciate an honest mechanic and that he didn’t try to make money off of me when I can get it checked for free from the dealer.

The mechanic that was doing my smog was very courteous and informative. My car didn't pass but he did explain what I need to do. And it was great to be able to go in on a Saturday

Took the truck in for check engine light. Got hot, seems there was a hole in the radiator. Got new radiator and now truck ruin cool. Everything worked out well. Will be bring in more of my rolling stock when I save a little more money.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I would highly recommend Ferrell's Auto.I went in to have a gasket and belts replaced. They quoted me almost $200 less than local chain Auto Mechanic. They also were able to fix some nagging pre existing issues during the same service. They were very clear and honest. I think they want above and beyond so I could drive to work the next morning.Thank you.Services: Electrical

These are some honest folks. Saw them give bad news to others but made sure they had all the info to get everything fixed. I went for a pre-2000 smog and they explained everything completely and also give you the option to pre-test to avoid more hassle than needed if it fails miserably. We will be returning to Ferrell's when problems arise.
