Go get this salami now! Look, yes it's a bit pricey, but price follows quality, and every last thing I've got from these folks has been top notch. When I'm doing a sausage forward meal, their stuff is the go to. Whether it's from their storefront or their booth at Templeton farmers market, this is the local salami and sausage you want to eat.

[REVIEW WRITTEN: 9/16/21] What a road trip FIND! HEYYYYYY! Visited Tobin James for a tasting and noticed these salumi & cheese plates in the cold section. Jotted down the name and decided to stop for a visit! The Deets: + Storefront closes at 4p (Yelp at the time of visit said 3p) + We were able to taste all the products and it just kept getting better. Tartufo was so truffl-y---YUM! Coppa is to die for! NDUJA....whatttt? Get that sausage spread NOW! + Ability to order and ships to 48-states! + Olive oils, balsamic vinegars, pasta, cheeses, jams, sausages, salumi, prosciutto...it's there! + Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. + Parking is easy, in a small strip mall. YUM YUM in the TUM! Now only if they had a salumi club that has quarterly shipments like the wine club I JUST joined. ROFL.

I've never been to the physical store, but I found them online when looking for Guanciale, and I bought some of their salami as well. I have enjoyed all of their products well enough to be excited to write this review.I bought Tartufo along with some guanciale, and both products were shipped promptly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The salami in particular was really good, it was well packaged and flavored, the truffle was very present but not over powering. The texture was very well done with distinct marbling by the grain size of the lean meat and fat.The guanciale is great to cook with. I usually get it from Coro Salumi, but they were out of stock, which led me to Alle Pia in the first place. Although now I don't really have a reason to go back unless Alle Pia goes out of stock.

Alle-Pia has great service and a good selection of really wonderful salami. We were recently introduced to salami and have found Alle-Pia to be a wonderful source of information and great products. We try a new flavors frequently and the owners are very helpful in suggesting what we might like to try. The meats are made on the store site so everything is very fresh.
