I've taken all of my cars here over the years. Best car wash in town! Quality is 5 star, but it's gotten pricey. A "gold wash" is $50, but my Challenger looks beautiful. I still go to Adolfo's mobile detailing for a full detail at half the price

Did a great job on the outside, but they left foxtails, burrs, and dog hair all over the headliner. Had I noticed it then, I'm sure they would have fixed it, but everything else looked so nice I didn't even think to look there until later. (probably the same reason they missed it, lol!)
I'd still go back though.

I always took my car here to get washed . But recently they have gone down hill ! First of all they broke one of my door rubber strips and the manager had a fit because I asked him if he was gonna pay for a new one . My husband ordered it and put it back on my car . All they did was give me a free car wash. Sooo I gave them another chance today and this time the girl who was drying my car broke my mirror cover and didn't even have the decency to tell me. I found the part on the floor ! So here I go again arguing with the same manager !! And he did not want to replace it again. Never ever will I go back ! !

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was waiting for my car to be washed, and waiting and waiting. I finally realized I didn't leave the keys, do you think they could walk over to the customer waiting area and ask for them? Oh f no, that would imply there is some kind of customer service going on in the first place. They do a crappy job anyway but it's the only hand wash in town. I will drive to Paso or SLO and never come here again. And needless to say I'm not tipping them. And to top it all off, as I'm going to get my car after an hour and a half, one of the workers comes over to get the keys from some chick! I guess they just hate me!

I brought my car in to get the seats shampooed because I was selling it. At first I thought it was great, but as it dried the same spots and dirt were there as when I brought it in. The front seat floor was unvacuumed as well, after they upsold me for a platinum wash which I they presented as a deal but in the end was not. I had to wash the seats by hand in time for people coming to see the car. The towel I used for the front seat was very dirty after it being shampooed (see attached pic). I've reached out for a refund but haven't heard back. Very disappointed.

We got our vehicle washed here Saturday morning and it looks like we paid for nothing. The interior is still dusty and dirty. The exterior of the car still has spider webs all over it. I don’t understand how that is possible if they run it through the wash, hand dry the vehicle, and wipe down the interior. Someone was slacking on their job that day. I’m disappointed I tipped someone who didn’t take their work seriously and neglected to clean my vehicle as advertised. I want to support this local business, but the lack of work ethic makes it hard for me to want to go back.

I paid 260. for a full shampoo detail on a minivan. After the seats had dried there still was visible dirt stains on the seats. I brought the vehicle back for cleaning the manager was unwilling to properly shampoo the seats again. They did spot clean. Overall I did not have a satisfying experience, would not recommend.

When you pay over $50 for a car wash, you don't expect your car to still be dirty. The pictures don't even do it justice, the car is covered with dirty spots all over. I mean, I paid for their highest level of car wash they offer, so what else do you have to do to actually get a clean car? There is no way I would trust them for a detail job if this doesn't even get done correctly. A bit frustrating. Most likely won't ever go back. I can go to the gas station car washes if I want to leave the dirt spots on the car, and that only costs me $8. I do know it was toward the end of the day for them too so I'd be tired as well. But it's still not right. I did tip regardless, but probably wouldn't have done as much as I did had I noticed how bad it was sooner.
