If you are looking for a vet to take good care of your fur babies, this is the place to go. Dr. Klintworth has been my vet for years and I could not have picked a better doctor than her. The office staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Your treated like family when your there and they go out of their way to help you take care of your fur babies. If I had to give a rating for this office between 1-10, I would give them a 100 . They are the best !!!!!

I am a veterinarian who started out as a vet assistant at the VMC about 20 years ago. I have finally moved back home & am preparing to offer in home end of life veterinary services with Lap of Love to the families of San Luis Obispo county beginning early August. It was an absolute pleasure to reconnect with the amazing team at VMC this morning; it was as if no time had passed :). Everyone gave my little Petunia a warm welcome, tender & expert care. She absolutely adored Dr. Sharon Klintworth, practice manager Cathy, Connye, Mandy and all our new friends (I knew Petunia would love them too, as I always have!). Dr. Klintworth made Petunia feel so at ease & she delighted in her compliments ;). Lizzy & Theresa did an amazing job collecting lil Petunia's blood sample and made us both feel so welcome! Feeling so blessed to have a such a special connection to the VMC family & have the resources of the amazing Dr. Brad Hollstien (we will catch you on our next visit- and hopefully treat you to dinner soon!), Dr. Sharon Klintworth and the incredible VMC team. If you are looking for compassionate expert care for your beloved furry family member in north SLO county look no further!

Dr. Klintworth at VMC is wonderful! She is kind, gentle and very thorough in caring for our big, Yellow Lab. When he sees her in the waiting room his tail wags so hard and he tries to drag me over to her, unusual for dogs at vet clinics. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Klintworth has taken care of and healed Barkley through several unusual illnesses and injuries, And she ALWAYS follows up on his condition. The clinic is spotless and very pleasant to visit.
