Pre soak doesn't work. Fittings in hoses are not tight so water everywhere, including me. This was my third try at this wash, going elsewhere.

This place is trash. Best feature is the garbage cans to clean out your car. The vacuums have zero suction and the wash is hardly ever filled with soap. Avoid if you can.

Charged with credit card on 22 Jun 2023 - ran card once for what I assumed a single $2.50 wash. My card was charged $10.00. Don't use this place - not honest.

I had the same experience as the man above - I got charged $10!! I washed my car just once, there was no extra time even on the "meter," but it charged me four times the advertised amount! You cannot use cash at this car wash, and I would have driven away except I had something on my car I wanted to wash off. The mailbox is full on their voice mail too, so now I have to try to call my bank. VERY POOR business model!!

Nothing good to say about this car wash. The fluids are always empty, and they make no effort to replenish them, or keep the business tidy. The bays are filthy with truck mud, sand and debris. No pre-soak, no spray soap, brush is full of grit and more filth (do not use on your vehicle of you value your clearcoat and paint job) Perhaps they'll get their act together, and demonstrate that they actually value their customers instead of running a two-bit operation. It's been the same garbage for the past three or four visits.

$10 charges all the time!!! Using the credit card swipe & for only the $2.50 wash, I have been charged $10 each time.***UPDATE*** the $10 charge eventually goes back to what you actually spend. There’s a brief period for the adjustment. However,The Owner needs to put their contact Information on this site and there at the wash so in case of Emergency!!! Or other issues ie. Broken waterline/ hose / out of Chemicals.

Second time trying this place. The first time more than half of the settings in the knob worked (spot free, pre soak, etc,) only the brush and water. The second time nothing worked it just took my money and started the time. This place is a rip off should be shut down.

I've been here a number of times and each time has been bad. The ground is usually gritty with dirt. A few times I went and the spot-free rinse did not work. The last couple times I went there the pre-soak came out so weakly it was basically useless. The last time I went I decided it would be my last. Pre-soak did not work as usual, the spot free rinse finally worked but it was not spot-free at all. It left water spots all over my windows. I'm pretty sure they just put regular water in there instead of spot for rent in order to save cut costs, and bill people out of a couple dollars in the process Lastly, this last time, the smell of the place was absolutely putrid, like a broken sewer line. Never again.

After the second stall didn't work they suddenly pretended not to speak English when I called them for my money back.

Did what I needed it to do, rinse off layers of dirt I was tired of enduring. $2.75 bought me about four minutes. I put a couple of dollars in the change machine and I got the proper amount of quarters back. There were others using the vacuums and I didn't hear any one of them complain. I didn't use the vacuums myself, I prefer my Bissell to suck up the abnormalities my toaster tends to get itself into.

Don't go to this car wash!! I was there yesterday and put a ten dollar bill in the bill changer, I got nothing back. There is no release button to retrieve your money. The worst part is that there is no phone number in which to call and report. What jerks, I won't ever go there again.

The machine for quarters ate 5 dollars. Called the owner and he accused my husband of lying about it. Didn't want to give my husband the money back.

This place is fine if everything is working properly but I've put money in the vacuum only to find out there is barely any suction power at the time. There isn't any information on who to talk to or call when there are problems. Granted I only lost out on a few dollars I'm still paying for a service that isn't working like it should. Who do I talk to to get my $1.75 back? Whoever collects the money isn't going to come drop it off to me.
