I was told I couldn't use the bathroom here because the shell station on San Gabriel Rd sends their customers here and their bathrooms are getting destroyed. The signs say "don't ask to use the bathrooms" hahaha what a joke! I was on a road trip and needed to use the bathroom! I went to 4 places. FYI when you are on a road trip and stop for gas, you usually stop to pee! I would give a 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend the chevron on San Anselmo! Go there instead.

Super friendly and clean restrooms. They realized my daughter was afraid of the vacuum and put it away for us so she wouldn’t cry anymore. Great customer service!!

Went in this morning and was yelled at by the employee about the floor being wet due to someone throwing coffee. She was so rude and condensing ~ she could have politely said to watch out but instead was she yelled at me so I turned around and walked out. No wonder someone threw coffee all over the floor ~ she deserved to have to clean it up.

Very bad service here. Rude personnel. I was fueling my vehicle and asked to use bathroom. All two bathrooms are out of order. I told him that I am a plumber and can check what’s wrong for free. After that he stated he has no key to open it. I asked him to call his supervisor to find out where’s the key. He refused calling his supervisor even though I requested him to do that multiple times he stated that if I want a bathroom, I need to go to Shell gas station.

This morning I went in to cash a scratcher. It was around 620 am. I said Goodmorning to the lady and she didnt reply back. No big deal I thought. She asked what can I do for you? I handed her the scratcher. She made a rude remark. Really!? I asked is it to early knowing you can cash in scratchers after 6am. Her respond was I'm trying to sweep the water away for the customers. Like if I wasn't one. Her name is Julie. I've been a regular customer for a long time. Now I'm not going back for a while.
