Front desk was nice. But first phlebotomist must have been new. I told her my veins roll and my meds make me constantly dehydrated. She sticks me with no luck. She calls in someone 'better.' This person messes up the first one then is able to do the second arm. Blames me for her mess up because I wasn't breathing correctly. Pardon me, I am so sorry I never learned to breathe correctly.

Moron working the front desk 1/8/2024. I walked in the reception and she appeared busy so I stood waiting and then she just stared at me for a very uncomfortable minute or so before she said can I help you. She didn't know what to do with my lab request.

I like that I can make an appointment and that they keep the appointments on time. The techs are friendly and good at their jobs. Also lab results were ready the next day!

This place doesn't have it's name on the directory in the plaza where it is located. The lady that answered the phone couldn't help me find it because she wasn't there. It was the longest I've ever waited to get blood drawn and there were no other patients there when I walked in

This is my go to when needed. It is convenient and the people are really nice here. They've done a good job on the blood draws. Note- It can be hard to get an appointment on short notice.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICEI went in and the lady (approx 5’6”, 180-200lbs, middle aged Caucasian with dark brown shoulder-length hair) proceeded to “jab”, not gently insert the needle into my arm. Then proceeded to twist and move it around for more than a couple of minutes in a vain attempt to pierce my vein. I told her several times in several different ways that she was hurting me. I said, “It hurts”, “Ow, I’ve never felt pain like this before”, “You’re hurting me”, “That hurts a lot” until she finally pulled out the needle and successfully poked my other arm that I’d quickly pulled out to keep her from additional attempts on the other. My arm was in pain for 9 days from that point, hot and tingling, and I was unable to fully straighten my arm out in that time. My doctor who ordered the blood work said he would order a nerve damage test if my pain did not go away, but thankfully it did.If anyone has ANY reservations about having their blood drawn, has smaller veins, or are friendly in general, I would STRONGLY suggest that they go to another lab to avoid possible torture from this person. This place is fine otherwise, but as they say, “one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch”.

There's no one in the lobby. Two people working up front. I walk in with no appointment. "I need two vials drawn, can you help me?" I hand them the paperwork. Written on the back is the phrase, "no appointment necessary". Their response, "Sorry, no appointment I can't help you." " but, can't you make an exception? I'm sick. and clearly nobody is here." " sorry, I don't make the rules." She said with no caring in her voice. " surely, you can make an exception, no one is here!" " nope. I'm just a peon, I don't get paid to make decisions like that. We've been appointment only for three years. Your paperwork is wrong. Goodbye." And that is how kind and horrible my visit was. Needless to say, I went to Pacific diagnostic laboratories instead and was furious!

1 1/2 weeks for an appointment is ridiculous

still waiting an hour and a half, either do all appointment, or all walkins. it doesn't work doing both. as long as there is someone waiting with an appointment, walk-ins are out of luck. never again!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I had to simply pick up a sample kit for someone else and they make you sign in and wait NO MATTER WHAT! They only take appointments first, then walk-ins as they are able--appointments are booked solid. Management must make changes to this!!
