Never responded to multiple messages. Never provided books on promised dates. Very disappointed in service. After 2 months not one single accounting was provided after multiple promises. What made it worse was the lack of response to me just asking for status???? Not sure how she’s still in business.

Hired 2 months ago. I was told books were ready for review a month ago. I called and left multiple messages with no response. Had to cancel numerous appointments with financial advisor due to in unfulfilled promises to have books done. I have everything in quickbooks so not too complicated. very frustrating. Tori is very sweet so I tried being patient but two months of empty promises is more than any one should be expected to wait. Very disappointed.

Bottom line bookkeeping are awesome. Tori, Sandra and the rest of the team are always helpful, friendly and superstars when they are assisting you with you taxes. Having someone that watches out for you especially during tax time is helpful trust me. I continue to send people their way. Tori and Sandra you are rockstars keep up the great job!!!

Do not go to Tori to get your taxes done. Not only did she do our taxes wrong she told us we had to amend our taxes from the last 2 years. We immediately got her the information and she said she'd have the amendments completed by May. May came and went. Multiple phone calls went unreturned and emails after emails were not responded to. The only way we got a response was to show up at her office. She always had crazy excuses. This occurred many times. (Example: one time she said she had emailed us multiple times, but her email server was down so she couldn't show us those emails, and that she had called us both repeatedly (me and my husband) so our phones must not be working.) October came and the amendments were still not done. Finally in November we went to a different tax guy. He told us our taxes from the last two years were correct but the ones she did were wrong. It cost us $800 to get the taxes she did for us amended. Don't waste your time with Bottomline Bookkeeping. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else.
