“Took much older salsa rapido to them for a stuck crankset and needing my brake line shortened. The tech that worked on it think it was Forrest, was very professional, honest and very careful in working on my bike. In the process of shortening the brake line a mechanics worst nightmare happend the banjo bolt for it broke. A lot of shops would of just made customers deal with it and or spend money to fix the issue. Without hesitation he just grabbed a spare caliper they had on hand that ended up being an upgrade and put it on the bike and didn't charge me anything for it. Can't say enough thanks to them for taking such good care of me and my bike.”

I highly recommend this shop - and yes - they have some really great online bike deals - some assembly required as you can imagine - but WELL worth the discounted price if you're moderately handy with bike tools.
