“I usually don't go inside to a teller most times but I needed to this time and the teller was so helpful, they all are anytime. The teller even called another office, another company to get all the needed information instead of telling me to call this number which has happened before with other companies but she asked the questions and made sure I knew what was needed, asked questions I might of not known to ask. She went though what she was told all the steps I needed to do and walked me though what was needed after. I like using Chase, have been with this company since 1992. Have used different locations in the same county and have always gotten the same helpful, kind, personable employees. They have always gone out of the way to help any of my needs. Will keep giving them my business for /within the future.”

I left the area to pursue another career but returned a few years ago and am now retired and was happy to know that I still had an account at SESLOC. What the bank lacks in size, it more than compensates with the quality of its first class service. When you enter and want to open an account or ask a question, you will find employee named Joni to your left before you get to the teller windows. Recently, she aptly solved a problem I needed resolved related to a check I had received. She told me that it would take 2 days to clear but she did allow me to receive a partial amount that helped me purchase a car. It's the first bank I have had that responds so highly to its customers needs.”
“Today I went to the atm, thank God it worked today. Only thing wrong was it was out of paper for my copy. After hours the kids use it as a skate ramp. so be careful of them.”
