I recently purchased a 2000$ clutch assembly from this company ford racing parts direct which is a subsidiary of this company on Saturday last week... 4 days later I never received any update or status update notifying me f there will be any delays.... I contacted them today and their parts ordering salesman which is probably the owner became very disrespectful and arrogant. I had asked him for a tracking number or status update and all he told me was 5-7 days and you'll get your part. What company runs their tracking and distribution system in a manner that they have no clue when those parts will be at your doorstep or business, especially 2000$. This salesman is full of himself and not worthy of my money anymore and if you wanna buy something from them, run away.... They are sour people and don't care about their customers, just the customers money.... By the way I asked for a refund, because he said it was processed but not shipped and told me I would get a 15% return fee on something I haven't even got shipped, lol.... What a bunch of thrieves....
