I live in another town and ordered online for someone who lives in Atascadero. The process was straightforward and easy. The flowers arrived the same day. The recipient sent me photos of the flowers, and I was very impressed. The recipient loved them, and I could see that the bouquet was very full and a beautiful arrangement. What I loved the most about 805 Flowers was that there didn't seem to be a bunch of surprise/hidden fees. It was the price for the flowers, the delivery fee, and taxes--that's it. Thanks, 805 Flowers.

You don't get what you pay for. I placed an order online for a beautiful arrangement that had roses, berries, hydrangeas and marigolds in it, and even paid extra for the "deluxe package" to ensure it was full of flowers. I received a photo of the arrangement that was delivered and it was nothing like the picture- it was all daisies, carnations, and green filler. I called the florist to voice my disappointment and I was ensured the arrangement was the same one as online- when I sent them the photo, they then told me that the photo was the "backside" of the arrangement and it looked like the one online in the "front" (right...). I pointed out that the arrangement was missing roses, tiger lilies, hydrangeas (everything) and was literally only daisies and carnations... I was then told that the value of the flowers were the same, cost wise... (how are roses and carnations comparable??)This arrangement was over $90... I understand that sometimes flowers have to be substituted, but this was not a $90 arrangement that I received. While the florist was nice about it and refunded $20, I still don't think it was acceptable.

Professional, fast, and friendly flower shop. They were able to deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers under very last-minute circumstances, and did so with care and friendliness. The flowers were wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful, great place!

Ordered a bouquet off 1-800-flowers that was the wrong size and looked nothing like the picture when it arrived. I was really disappointed because it was an Easter surprise for my mom, but luckily I was able to get another bouquet sent free of charge. The second bouquet was put together by 805 flowers and it was so beautiful and perfect and everything I hoped the first would be! From now on, I'll be ordering directly from their website instead of a third party!
