Our family has been living in the USA for almost 6 years. We quite often buy things at Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger for us, for our relatives,for our friends abroad. We also buy a lot online. And I can provide any information to confirm my words. Just this month we have already bought almost $1,500 worth of clothes from Tommy and $800 worth of clothes from Calvin Klein. We buy at Citadel outlets, Camarillo outlets. But it was the first time we met such a vile attitude as it was on 09/06/2023 in Tejon Outlets from Rebecca's manager. There is no place in the United States where I have met such a humiliating attitude towards me as Store Manager Rebecca in Tejon Outlets did09/04/2023 we made a $380 purchase at Tommy Hilfiger Store. Athome I found a small defect on the pants from a ballpoint pen09/06/2023 two days later we arrived at the store to change joggers and decided to make a new purchase. Manager Rebecca refused to do this as such a policy at the store. I found the same trousers on the store shelf. Just imagine this- the same color, the same model and with almost the same defect. And manager Rebecca is not shy about selling this to other clients. So this store often sells such goods and the management knows about it? And no chance for refund or returnI started calling customer service in the storeRebecca heard it and then weird things started happeningMy coupon for 25% did not work, the cash register did not work at all, the system did not work. I waited 5-7 minutes and Rebecca said she would do everything manually. I paid. It turned out that she made a 20% discount, not 25! Deception! The difference is more than $11! I had to return the goods! Wait again! Then scan again to buy! Scan coupons again! I spent more than 30 minutes! All the cash registers were working nearby! But only my cash register didn't work with Rebecca! The coupon worked two days ago! But it was yesterday that he didn't work with Rebecca!Despite the fact that my wife was waiting for me with a newborn baby on the street all this time! My baby is only 1 month old! I am very very upset! Thanks to Rebecca for spoiling the mood!!!

After my experience there today I understand the poor reviews on here. I walked in at 8:40 on a Sunday night, they close at 8 and u was told that very politely by the security guard as soon as I walked in, with in the next 3 minutes 3 different employees approached me to tell me they'll be closing soon, I told them thank you and I had been told, when the 4th employee approached me, her tone of voice and body language was 100% different, I told her I was told already and I felt that with 13 minutes to close harassing a customer was disrespectful. I asked for her name as I wanted to notify the manager the next day and she refused because "by California law I don't have to give it to you" I purchased what I needed and walked out with 7 minutes to spare. Poorly trained staff will hit businesses in the long run.

Was there this weekend they had the worse customer service I’ve ever seen! Opened late didn’t open door and greet us or apologize for opening late, unlocked door and walked away. The cashiers never greeted us! They discussed their nites festivities. Manager was walking around with the don’t bother me persona! I felt so undervalued. Bad experience for a visitor looking to spend money!

If I could give this place 0 star I would, I'm not the type to write bad reviews but they made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I even pulled one of the workers aside to let them know how uncomfortable I felt at that time and I also mentioned that I will be writing this review. All I wanted to do was shop freely and try on jackets. First of all no one greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. Oh and 2nd btw, I am also In the retail industry so I know and understand you have to be on the look out but don't pretend to be working on the side when you're just watching what I'm doing and when I move to other places in the store I get followed? No wonder this store has bad reviews. It's about to be 2019, be better guys :) god bless

Worst tommy store I ever been too there we had purchased wallets from Michael Kors and had the bag with us we walked in every store and it beeped because of the sensors on the bags. No one had a problem until we walked in the tommy store the sensors beeped as we walked in and the security and employee gave us a ugly stare and were talking rudely about us saying to check our bags before we leave the store in case we stole anything we were about to walk out when the sensors went off and made us come back inside to check our bags to the point where they scared my daughter and she panicked and started crying worst store and employees not worth your money

Do yourself a favor and shop else where. The ladies that work here have no trzining on Customer Service. But the MANAGER SUCKS SO YEAH U CAN TELL WHY NO ONE IS IN THE STORE. THIS IS MY FOURTH VISIT ON THE WAY HOME FROM TRAVELING. THEY DESERVE NO STARS. GO ONLINE BUT AVOID THIS STORE
