I had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors store in Tejon Ranch Outlets with a manager named Alexandra. When I requested four separate bags for four different purses intended as separate gifts, Alexandra responded rudely, saying, 'We don’t need your business; we make more sales than your $300+ purchase.' She also claimed that 'our manager does not allow us to give out bags,' despite her being the manager herself. This unprofessional attitude, along with the fact that we felt discriminated against given her treatment of us as people of color, was unacceptable. Due to her behavior and our consistently negative experiences at this location, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. We now prefer shopping at Kate Spade, where the atmosphere is much more welcoming. We will not be returning to this Michael Kors store.

I live more then 6 hours away from this outlet!. And I went to shop yesterday my boyfriend bought me a purse and when I got home it was the wrong purse ! if my fault to cuz I didn't opened it there but man it sucks cuz they don't answer the phone or nothing n I have to drive 6 hours

We came in yesterday 3/20/23 around lunch time after a very bad experience at Coach.. the staff at this Michael Kors location was AWESOME every last one of them.. Thanks again we will definitely be back!

Went to shop shortly before closing. Another family was walking out as we tried walking in. The girl who worked there literally closed and locked the door in our faces. Before their stated closing hours. Thanks for nothing babe.

I walked into the shop separate from my husband. A very nice lady welcomed me and we had a nice chat (therefore the 2 stars). A few moments later my husband walked in, did not receive a hello or welcome, and then found me in the store. I wanted to know what the price of a purse was, so he took the purse and asked a woman working there (Stacy). Stacy rudely ignored him, so he asked again a little louder and then she rudely replied then immediately turned her back to him. Stacy was not helping anyone, so it wasn't like he interrupted her or anything. Stacy proceeded to walk away and rudely stare and give nasty looks to my husband. Not once did she smile or engage any customers while we were in the store. If Stacy was having a bad day, I would recommend for Stacy to keep her sour attitude at home since she clearly does not understand customer service. It's unfortunate for Stacy otherwise she could have had a sale. If I were management, I would check on Stacy since she clearly does not like her job and I feel bad for those that have to work with her.

Went here with my family and my mom wanted to check out the store since it's one of her favorite brands. I am not much of a fan of the brand but still went in with my mom. While looking around to find a new bag for my mom, we noticed an employee, a blonde white lady who was staring at us and giving us dirty looks. we felt very judged by her and idk if it was because we were speaking spanish and wore clothes that were not high end but we just knew she didn't want us in there. My stepdad and brother immediately left as soon as we went inside because they could feel that we weren't welcomed. We were dressed nicely and didn't make any commotion while there, we were just ordinary people who wanted to shop while taking a break from a long drive. I felt very angry and upset that my family had to experience that while shopping and decided to not waste our time with ignorant people like that. I was tempted to blast her a** on social media by videotaping her but decided to let it go and move on. I just want others to prepare themselves to experience that horrible situation and to be aware when to start videotaping for your safety.

Very bad customer service, starting with the manager Alexandra. She was flirt with the security guy instead of helping customers out. The cashier who assisted me didn't even know what she was doing and got mistaken with my purchase making me waste my time. To the other cashier who was on the phone talking and laughing instead of helping customers out. The guy that was fixing my watch band asked the manager for help and all she stated to him was just copy her other watch band and that's it. Because she was so busy trying to leave the store with the security guy. Instead of staying to help him fix the watch band. I could tell the guy was fairly new because he was unable to fix my band and needed help. I had to wait an unbelievable amount of time for it to get fixed. I ended up asking for a refund after a long amount of time I had there waiting for the watch band and I still didn't receive it. The manager showed up to just be very rude and disrespectful elevating her tone of voice at me. telling me she was not going to give me a refund because the watch band was fixed when she stated at the moment they were hammering the watch band. I told her I hope my watch band is not scratched and also how can you tell me it was fixed if I don't even have it and if I have not even touched it yet. Alexandra stated well I'm the manager and gave me an attitude saying you want to call cooperate go ahead and you also want my name and last name too!? here I'll even write it for you as if she knew me calling corporate was going to get nowhere. Sad to say this place is very poorly managed and unsupervised. I walked out of Michael kors today with a sour taste in my mouth and a watch band in pieces. The actions and wording of this manager made me feel that why even bother to call corporate and waste my time. if the assumption is corporate won't even do anything for customer satisfaction.

The employees were very rude, they were 2 girls, but they looked at me as if I couldn't buy a purse, so the truth is, this is the 3rd time, boy, but this time I was very disappointed.
I think I'll look for another store because they discouraged me a lot there.

Yesterday I stopped here in my way back home from LA.I bougth sunglasses at Michael Kors. The saller Janet inmediatly aproch me and told me they were 50%off. So I took a $75 .In the moment I payed she charched me 95.88 after txs.I mentioned being only passing by and not be able to return.At home I check the receit and she had charged me 89.40 instead of the 75 she agreed....I called them..and obviously put me on hold forever and asked me to go back over there....also I payed cash .Don't come here or at least check very carefully your receits.All of them are aware of this stole sistem.
