This store no longer exists. I drove 24 minutes because in the gpc I thought it was open and when I arrived the place was empty. I recommend that you mark the phone before going so that you are not deceived.

I have no idea why it said "closed permanently" when I tried going to pay my bill at 3 pm I literally don't want to have to drive all the way to Lamont and back just to pay my bill I hope this is just some sort of remodeling and that it opens back up soon because this is the closest store where I pay my phone bill

Well, before I followed them but at the moment I am even without a line because they never solved a problem for me and even I paid what I had to give to obtain another device that for more than six months I was paying for the line and insurance that they charged me so that in the end I never The insurance people gave me nothing again, they sent me to the store. The store people sent me to the insurance. In the end, someone else had my number. That's not good either and now I'm out of line and they never solved that problem for me.

Very bad service, the young women have very good appointments to be seated, the client arrives to be helped to solve a memory problem and they don't know anything, I don't know why they change the previous girls, they helped us...

Just left the store. Terrible customer service. Went to upgrade for a lost phone that had insurance but was denied. ( Not holding that agianst them not thier fault ) But wanted the exact phone that was lost. All they said they had in inventory was 6 higher priced phones. When I asked why do they have the other phones displayed, the 2 girls just looked at each other. Seems like a scam to sell higher priced phones. Just seemed wrong. Will go to Bakersfield or Shafter to buy a phone.
