Came by today to check if there were great stuff and I happened to find lots of stuff on sale. Sizes are quite limited so you have to take time and then try stuff on.Got a bunch of cute clothes

Loved it. Outlet stores are always nice because you get a larger selection of stuff for cheaper...who doesn't like that??? The Nike store though doesn't have as wide a selection for AF1's and Jordans.

Went to return an item and ask the associate if I could return using my credit card since I didn’t have a receipt (I also called H&M customer service before hand to ask if I could do that and they told me yes) before I could finish my sentence the associate interrupted me, disregarded what I said and proceeded to tell me I had to exchange. Which is fine I don’t mind that so I exchanged my item and then decided to return them since I didn’t really need them. The man had an attitude the entire time he was ringing me out and then said “you know most people take their exchange and go about their day”….I work in retail. I work at the Tejon outlets so I get being frustrated but taking it out on me is not necessary and it’s not appreciated.

As one of the only retailers left in tejon, this is the only one that still has any quality left to it. The employees are slightly helpful, and they actually have things in stock. I really hope this story doesn't leave or I won't be going back to tejon anytime soon
