“On our way from Washington State to Redwood City to welcome a new baby, my sister and I had the unhappy experience of hitting a deer that had jumped in front of my van. Getting help getting zip tied together enough to continue our journey we found ourselves outside of Willows when a scraping noise began. Hopeful to get help we stopped at R & R and we’re treated to small town big hearted generosity. Patiently listening to our dilemma, both gentlemen came out with tools and a “can-do” attitude. With a few drilled holes and some ingenious straps, we were safely back on the road and made it to our destination. “Can’t say enough about their amazing customer service. We were broken down on the side of the road and they searched all nearby stores to find one of the parts we needed. They even offered to have the part quickly delivered to their store. We called back several times for different parts until we finally found out what was wrong (fuel pump); which they sourced and got for us. They got us back on the road quickly. Also huge props to L&T towing and the highway patrol who were kind and very helpful to get us off the road and back on the road running.”

“Nice people here. I stopped in for a few bolts to replace the ones that rattled out of my rv steps on the way to here. The hardware was different, but did the trick. By different I mean the 1/4" x 1" bolts with 1/4-20 thread accepted a 10mm socket on the head better than it did the 3/8". Ha. But they are holding up great so far. Price was fair. O Riley is often a little more, but the warranty on parts is better than others.”
“I really liked them. I needed a master brake cylinder reservoir cap... No one else in town carried the correct size for my Toyota Corolla. They had the part and only charged $5. I will definitely remember these guys and would recommend them.”

“Doug is very friendly and knowledgeable about automobiles and tractors alike. I have always gone to him for all of my starter and alternator issues for years. He has fixed any and all issues on the parts that I have brought in. I haven't had a single issue with a part after Doug has repaired it, even the parts that I brought in years ago are still running strong today!”
