Such a friendly couple. Great service. It's like bringing your racquet to your grandparents Asked a lot of questions to know how to best restring my tennis racquet. It was done the next day. Plus, it's cheaper than any of the other paces around.

I've been coming here for years to have my Racquetball racquets restring. They always recommend the best string gauge, tension, & model. Today I took my Gearbox racquet to have it restrung and they did a phenomenal job. The racquet was ready the next day and cost was affordable. Their customer service is top notch and I love how they keep a file on all their customers containing past visits. Will definitely be back and recommend them to all my Racquetball buddies.

The couple here is so nice! I can't believe they still remember me. I haven't been here for so long too! I'm glad that they're here because of the services that they have provided me for so many years. They still remember my specs and tension. I think it's been almost 10 years since I've been here. Overall, customer service is definitely a 10 out of 10. They are quick and helpful with their knowledge of strings. I highly recommend them on a daily basis because they keep records of what string you use, what tension you use, etc. They also go above and beyond, let's say, if they don't have it in stock, they'll get it for you. A+ on what they do as a small business.

This is a great place to get any kind of racquet restrung. It is nothing fancy, but the husband and wife team are a joy to talk to and they get the job done in a timely matter. They have strings of plenty in stock, but are also open to put on what what you bring in.

Fast, friendly customer service. Novice to tennis and greatly appreciated the knowledge and information Mr. Rondain provided for my daughter and me. We brought in 4 rackets to be restrung and only had to do one of them. Mr. Rondain checked the tension on all of the rackets and advised to restring 1 of them. Honest, small, family-run Artesia business deserving of your patronage.
