5 stars goes for those 2 bank retailers named Jesse and Jeffrey, they're both very nice and super friendly.

Horrible customer service and bitchy female tellers. First off, I don't like how they ask you in line what your there for. I don't want everyone to know my business at the bank. That's personal. The female teller that helped me was bitchy. I told her I didn't appreciate the attitude. I was getting a cashiers check for my rent and just because I took most of the money out of 2 of my accounts she asked if I was closing them. If I was going to close my accounts I would have been in office, not in line.

My favorite branch!! When I say EVERY SINGLE one of the tellers, I mean EVERY SINGLE one of the tellers is AWESOME! They are all so sweet, I love when I get the ladies because they are always complimenting me on my nails LOL The greeters are available to answer questions while you wait, and offer you some water as well. I have never had a bad experience here! From the greeters, tellers and bankers. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. They are located inside a market, so there is not a private lot but once you get past the parking and the long lines it's all good from there. So there is that, long lines. That would be my only complaint but what do you expect? There are only like 4 tellers at a time it is not the biggest branch but it is efficient. Big plus that they are open later than most branches and also open on Sundays! Two thumbs up from me!

The big guy was so helpful. I forgot to ask for his name, but he is so accomodating. I asked for a direct deposit slip and he offered help asap. He deserves 5stars!

Worst bank ever. I was literally a minute late just had got out of work drove all the way way from Buena Park and the guy with a beard tells me it's more important to get his workers home than for me to make a withdrawal. I will never be going to this bank again.

I went there today February.12,2018 to encash the check issued to me by my employer. The check was made pay to cash but I was declined to encash it because I don't have an account with this bank Wells Fargo. I said I don't wanna open an account with them after the very bad and the worst bank fraud lately about Wells Fargo Bank. I earned my check as an American Immigrant. They usually call the my employer to validate the said check. This is another bad practice of this bank. I really don't recommend this bank to anyone planning to open a new accounts and avoid going to this branch, 'Tis is the worst review so far I made in my life to an institution that I don't trust at all. I have no confidence to this bank forever.

I had a real positive experience today. I was waiting to be seen by a banker for a issue I had on my account. I was greeted by the bankers and they helped me out. I was observing the lady behind me who was being helped and she had some overdraft. The manager by the name of Alfredo came out and was super nice to her. He broke down the problem and reversed her fee. She was so happy. Later, he came I introduce himself to me and I saw the same feeling towards me that he had for her. I hear Wells Fargo is struggling with the lawsuit, but it look like business as usual at this branch.

What kind of bank charges people $7.50 to cash a check? Oh yeah, the same kind of bank that fraudulently opens millions of accounts using customers' information. Way to go, Wells Fargo. I asked the manager here, Daniel Nunez, to waive the fee, as I've never been charged a fee to cash a check, and believe such a fee discourages people from accepting such checks. Did he waive it to show good customer service and an understanding of the need to improve Wells Fargo's image at this time that it's so tarnished? No. And he was also rather rude about it. Way to earn your poor rating. I'm glad I bank elsewhere.
