I have visited Vrooman's once so far with my bmw m5 and they did a great job of being clear about the issues my car has and also told me what should be done. Been some time since the repair and no issues. Great customer service and they're up front about pricing.

When needing a repair done on my BMW I certainly could not find any complaints with my experience at the Vrooman's shop. From the initial contact Jessica kept me well informed throughout the process until completed, which by the way was only 24 hours in total. I applaud Mike and Jessica as well as their entire team of skilled technicians for providing high quality execution, fairness, and honesty throughout the process. Having a career in the Customer Service business I know that keeping the customer informed is a high priority and they handled it well!

Had to check water leak and when they checked it they replaced the radiator and hose, after checking the engine they had to change the belts and received the car running very good. They use genuine parts to insure perfect performance. I highly recommend this place.

Vrooman’s reputation is stellar in the automotive service industry. They just performed a B service on my SL 500 superbly. After years of taking my car to the dealer for service, Vrooman’s professional service is second to none. One other thing, you can’t beat their prices. $$$$$
