Took the car to have unbalanced right-rear wheel fixed on Oct 17. Alex the manager examined and speculated that either someone internationally tried to damage the wheel or the car hit a pothole on the road. He recommended having the tire replaced. When asked him if that would fix the unbalance issue, he said yes. Then he gave a price quote and scheduled to have the car fix the next day. Tire was replaced the next day, but the unbalancing issue was not fixed. When confronted, Alex insisted that he only spoke about tire replacement not wheelAlignment and that extra fees are to be charged to fix unbalancing. Alex- i didn't come to have the tire replaced - I came to have the wheel balanced. Classic bait and switch. Complaints filed against this business. Other consumers beware.

I go there for tire rotation and replacement. Their service and price are excellent. Isaac and Henry are very kind and responsive.One time, I had a nail on my tire. After they inspected the tire and told me the nail didn't penetrate the tire, no need to patch or fix it. They didn't charge any money.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, Edwardo was such a pleasure. I can say with much confidence that you will get upstanding service every time you stop by. I came in for an much overdue oil change and left with a new set of tires. I was hesitant because I am aware of auto shops always trying to sell things to you but he pointed out how beat up my tires were and I was. surprised to see chucks missing and the treads almost completely gone. I got as good deal of a deal I would have gotten anywhere else and even better service. He even stayed after closing to help make sure I wasn't driving around with damaged tires. Came in for an oil change and left with a smile. Thank you Ed!!

My apologies Artesia Tire Service. Extended family has been coming here for years. Replaced tires on 2 cars in the last 2 weeks and Ed has been helpful on both occasions. A local Artesia business deserving of your patronage.

Just wanted to update my review and say I'm still very satisfied with this shop, after almost 3 years! What I really appreciate is that they're very honest in their work and not pushy here. Over the years, I've had several services recommended but Ed (weekday manager I think) always explains and lays the services out clearly so I understand and can make a decision on my own. Because of that, I've felt comfortable to opt out of some services or take their recommendation for others. I've gotten oil changed, tires changed, tires aligned, as well as some other components replaced.

This place failed to do my brakes 3x correctly and will lie to you. My brakes are worst now then when I came in. Look somewhere else. And they take forever for brakes at least 6 hours

Artesia Tire & Service is the only place I take my car. I truly believe the only reason my 12-year old Mini Cooper is still running today is because of the thoughtful care they put into helping me maintain my car. They are a local, family-run business and it shows in their reliability, honesty, professionalism, and in their care for their customers. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My experience with a trusted tire and service I call exceptional personalized customer service. I have been there on several occasions I have been treated with the upmost, respect, professionalism, and more importantly realistic knowledge based advice on tires, and several other mechanical issues. I highly recommend coming here if you want a true service from a trusted organization. A hometown type feeling throughout the en-tire occasion.
