Best UPS store, i previously had a really bad experience at the Bellflower location. So drove a little further to go to another location. This will be my go to UPS. No waiting. Friendly staff. Clean, easy in and out. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you Analyn you were really nice and helpful.

Had to make a return today. The lady who was working the counter around 9:30 am was absolutely lovely and made things so easy for me. Although she was busy. Her face was filled with smiles and great customer service. Thank you so much for helping me.

Overcharged me for shipping out two 5lb packages. Paid over $100 pretty much just for a shipping label then when I used Shippo to ship out the same type of package(weight and size) through UPS the total for 3 was nowhere near over $100.

These people really are customer service the way it's meant to be! The same two helped me a few days before with a box size I needed. After packing it myself at home, I could have gone to any UPS to make my delivery, but I chose here from my first impression. The same two were here and remembered me. Again, very helpful, and they were busy! They still took the time to go above and beyond by not making me feel rushed or that I was a burden. 110% customer satisfaction on my end! Thank you! Thank you!! I hope this company does good to keep these employees.

The guys were professional and helpful. My box was a bit awkward and I use a walker so he came around and picked up the box for me. Process was very quick.

This is my Favorite UPS store. Everyone who works here is so nice. I drop off packages all the time and even if I have a closer location while I'm driving around I wait and take it to this location because I know they all work hard to provide great service.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, assisting me with my shipping needs and guiding me through the process for Amazon returns. They are quick and patient. The store was well-organized and had all the necessary packaging supplies readily available. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at this UPS Store, and I'll definitely be returning for my future shipping needs.

I have used this UPS store for my own P.O. Box for the past year and it's been a great experience. I come here for all my returns and other UPS needs too. The staff are always friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Arbitrary and predatory charging, no defined set charge for black and white pages. Paid $25 for 39 pages of black and white printing.Came here to print a couple work assignments cause my home printer was having errors. These were basic and simple 8.5 x 11 white paper printouts.First time I came here, I utilized my usb and was charged 83 cents for 3 pages of black and white print paper.Second time, I was helped by Analyn. She told it was $1.39 per page after I had printed everything out. She made some excuse that it was the corporate ups charge rate for the copier. Then, she said I pay $27.22. I did not expect to haggle and bargain, but since I was in a rush I told her $20 should be more than reasonable since last time I only paid 83 cents for 3 pages. She said she was gonna get in trouble from corporate for that price and said $25. Reluctantly and in a rush I agree.When I looked at the receipt, it says $27.22 for colored pages. I did not request colored pages. I went back to inquire about this. Analyn started bringing up that she was a mother and she would never engage in bad business practice.I am upset because there is no clearly defined rate for printing pages. I was not informed of the charges prior to printing out.This is a sneaky and unethical business practice. I don’t know if UPS is doing this or the employee herself but you have lost a customer. Always display your charges in advance and stick to the same price as opposed to screwing people over after the fact.I will post the receipt if requested.
