Everybody is always so Friendly & efficient. I bring in a lot of returned Amazon stuff, and it has always been a fantastic experience. A few times I needed some help with shipping a package, one other time I needed something notarized - whatever I hafta do, it's Easy! I Love My UPS Store!

This specific store I go to has the best service, efficiency and positive energy. The staff is so friendly. But they are also very efficient and well informed.
They greet you and acknowledge upon entry even if they are with another customer. This is opposite to the experienfe i had with a lot of the other UPS Stores. Maybe upper management should take a visit to this one and share best practices to other stores

The people that work here are absolutely amazing. They went way above and beyond to help us get our shipping done in the most effective and cost efficient way possible. We could not have asked for a better experience. Gelo, Analyn, Bobby, and Anthony were lifesavers who assisted us in an unbelievably confusing and stressful process. They were pleasant, kind, and it seemed like they were genuinely happy to help.

Best UPS store, i previously had a really bad experience at the Bellflower location. So drove a little further to go to another location. This will be my go to UPS. No waiting. Friendly staff. Clean, easy in and out. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you Analyn you were really nice and helpful.
