If I could give BB star auto shop zero stars, I would. My recent experience with this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. After entrusting them to replace my cracked front car windshield, I was met with incompetence, dishonesty, and utter disregard for customer service.
The problems began immediately after the windshield replacement. To my dismay, the new windshield started leaking profusely whenever it rained. When I contacted them to address this issue, they assured me they could fix it and instructed me to come in. However, upon arriving with my wife, ready to get the problem resolved, I was met with the excuse that the technician responsible for repairs was mysteriously unavailable that day. How convenient, wasted of my time and energy.
Their lack of accountability and blatant disregard for my time was appalling. Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering a solution, they nonchalantly brushed me off and asked me to come back another day. This pattern of deception and incompetence continued each time I interacted with them, with promises made and broken without hesitation.
It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for BB auto shop. They have no qualms about taking your money and delivering subpar workmanship, only to leave you stranded with a faulty windshield and empty promises. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment like the plague.

Do not go this place.They charged an unnecessary repair for smog check.

Came here for a smog check, was in and out within 20min. Staff was responsive. Smog check service was straightforward but can't speak to other services here.

Came in for smog check. There was no wait so I was in and out pretty quick. Highly recommend this place if you don't want to wait too long for smog check.

Terrible customer services. Came in on a Saturday around 1pm because my check engine light came on. I asked how long it would to get it looked at and I was told 4-6hrs minimum on any given day for that service. And suggested I return in the morning only. Went down the street to a different shop and they checked in 5 min and were super helpful and able to resolve the issue.

Came to get a smog done. The truck failed but they offer a discount for my next visit. Honest business highly recommend.

Bait and Switch. Quoted one price on the phone and when finished billed me $10 more. I had asked on the phone if the quoted price included everything and he said yes. Not going there again.
