I say this is probably one of the best gas stations to give an oil change i would say. I mean people on here do mention that they are pricey and that they wait too long and what not & I think that the need to make sense needs to come to mind. I do understand it says a price on the billboard outside and near it but do people understand taxes and labor do need to be considered, be thankful you didn’t get charged $200 for an oil change at a regular mechanic shop. & also think about how long it takes to do an oil change I do say you try yourself to do one see how long that takes you. No offense to anyone but let’s not be ungrateful.
I personally had a good experience with pumping gas , prices are alright I mean everywhere else it’s more expensive and I myself trust Shell gas stations then any other ..

Multiple pumps don't work at all yet one pump still charged me $0.14 even though ZERO gas was pumped. What a waste of my time!

I did my oil change with you guys last week, everything was great but the guy who changed my oil didn't put the cap on to cover the hole where you put the oil in. I like doing my oil change with you guys but please don't forget to cover the hole after the oil change! My car almost blew up but good thing I found out the cap was not on and was able to put it on. Please don't forget to put the cap on next time I do my oil change!!!

Took my Honda Element in for a simple oil change, politely asked them to cover a cross member under the oil filter when removing it because if you don't it will collect the old oil and leak for about a week. Most places use a magnetic diverter to divert the old oil directly in the bowl. Got home and oil in the driveway, they didn't heed my request. Took it back so they could spray solvent and blow out the crossmember with air hose and mechanic claims I have major problem dvt valve leaking $500.Took to my mechanic and they said he's basically a liar.My car is well serviced and doesn't leak oil.Also I believe there is a language barrier with these mechanics.Scammers

Came here to get a oil change a month ago and paid $50. Asked them how much today they said $60 I agreed even though it was strange to go up in a month. When I have them the key the now said $65: when I said how is it five more dollars in five minutes? They said it’s $65 u want it or not)in a angry tone.I don’t mind paying but these guys are honestly just rude and charging whatever they feel like depending on the day. Let’s not forget the sign says oil changes $22.95

I have been coming here for oil changes used to pay $35 it went up to $50 as of last month. I took the same car back today it was now $60. Confused me but I said no problem. After giving the key to another tech he said $65 . I respectfully said can you ask him about the price he just told me. He responded rudely "it's $65 you want it or not" honestly shocked at the unprofessional.

Not particularly cheap, but all the mom and pop shops nearby close way too early on weekends (or just aren't open period) and that becomes an issue when weekends are the only days you can do maintenance for your car.They knock out oil changes super quickly. Again not ideal prices but time is money and I was in and out for my oil change on a Saturday afternoon.

I came here on February 26, 2022. I came for an oil change. It was about 12 noon. There was not that many people. One of the workers there knew I was next but But helped other people (Asian primarily) first. In all honesty I think this place is racially bias.

There is NO customer service, professionalism and attitude problem. Specially the skinny manager guy(i think) and short guy. They 3rd rated mechanic. Manage scream at the me ignored of me service. I'V waiting oil service for forty five minutes. I' m getting tire waiting , i asked when will be oil service , he ignored me first ,and second asked him he scream at me wait. Not like their busy ,just hanger around chatting.And then finally finished oil change after two hours ..longest ever ..they didn't check the fluid ... I specific asked for check fluid when oil change ....I new they change owner Nick to new guy but they need change mechanic also. I feel sorry for the new owner I don't think he realized he inherits bad mechanic.. bad for business
