Please don’t waste your time by coming here. The only reason I decided to try this place was because they open at 9:30 and my go to nail salon opens later. I still had to wait for a technician to assist me until 10am. But I was already there and didn’t mind waiting.
I was there for a fill. I asked the tech to cut down my nails as my nail were already grown out. She started by filing them down without even trying to make them even. Some nails were a lot shorter than others. When I voiced my concerns she said she wasn’t done and that she would fix them later. After I noticed she was almost done shaping them I again told her the nails were uneven. I asked for a very square and short set. I’ve never had anyone mess that up!!!! I don’t think I was asking for too much. I kept telling her the shape she was giving me was not what I wanted. Some were round and other were square. Some nails were longer than others.
She then asked for the girl at the front desk to come over. I would think she would be more helpful but I was wrong!!! She started saying my nails were too thick when I first got there. Absolutely no customer service.
They began talking in a foreign language and I felt really uncomfortable, as I’m sure they were complaining about me. I’m a mother of 2 small children so rarely has time to get her nails done.
I take that time to relax and as a form of self care.
These women did not care for my satisfaction and were really rude.
There are a lot of other nail salons in the area you should try instead.

I've been coming off and on for years. Out of convenience I started going to another nail salon by work and I'm making it a point to make Polish Nail Spa my place EVERY TIME! My natural nails looked so clear and clean before the gel polish was applied. Yen took her time and explained helpful tips for me to do at home. Polish was perfect, nails shaped perfect, I'm very satisfied. Money well spent! I'm NEVER going anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to get our nails done and this nail salon popped up. At first we were hesitant but decided to give a try. We were a walk-in and may I say this place was amazing. The service was great and they took really good care of us. The prices are reasonable considering how much effort that was put to make our nails look great. The store was very clean and smelled amazing. Would 10/10 recommend giving a shot to this place!

Been coming here for almost 2 years now and let me just say, Yvonne has always done such an amazing job with my nails! Not only is she super attentive to detail but she always makes sure I am happy with the end result!

This was my second time coming here and I absolutely love the service I receive!!! Everyone was very welcoming I got sat down with Christine right away and she did not disappoint. She pays attention to detail, makes you feel comfortable and exceeds my expectations for what a great set should look like. Will definitely be back!

This place is very clean and cutely decorated! The staff is thorough and friendly! Prices are about average. I have been here twice so far and have enjoyed both experiences! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

the girl that did my nails i believe her name was jenny, she did an overall amazing job she was very kind and communicative. i do recommend her, i love this place they did a good job on my nails

I won't be returning. Went for my nails n then asked I could have some acrylic a thin layer on my toe my nail was cracked n wen I asked one of them said something in their language n all started laughing. Frustrated me n embarrassed so wen time to pay for my nails n I guess the acrylic on 1 toe they all started laughing again n all makin comments!! Rude!!!

Not bad haven’t been goin to long but this last time I went just had my nails done n needed acrylic on 1 toe it’s a bad 1 n she told lady who does register n she said something then they ALL laughed for like 5 min makin comments in their language then wen I went to pay they ALL started laughing again until I walked out. NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN

Nail technicians are really pushy trying to upsell services. I do not recommend this place. Go where you are valued.

Christine and Yvonne were great they were both very quick and efficient! Love my massage the salon was very clean good background relaxing music. My nails were painter a dark blood red which I love did gel pedicure and gel builder on my hands. Definitely would recommend
